There's an old lady I deal with, and at this point it looks like she needs more in the line of an aide than just a driver.she goes into the supermarket, has trouble driving the skooter, and I have to get her out of a pinch,hand me this, do this for me, do that{beyond job related}.{Also, these are things she must do in the house for herself,she lives alone.}But I've seen this pattern before,and I and others have dealt with it--the family is too tight with the money to get an aide, and the daughter has her own busyness,and doesn't live that close,so they 're glad for someone else to have the headaches.{But let something go wrong, and they're the first to sue.]Since it's not my job to be a geriatric aide, request is that something changes, she gets the proper treatment,so it eases off of me. Amen.
