Isaiah 30 7 For the Egyptians shall help in vain, and to no purpose: therefore have I cried concerning this, Their strength is to sit still. 8 Now go, write it before them in a table, and note it in a book, that it may be for the time to come for ever and ever:
In spite of all that has been done and all the foolish things he has spoken and written, we have yet interceded on his behalf. Not because he asked us to, nor because he is worthy, not even because he believed; it is because of our allegiance to God, that we have prayed; understanding that intercession is never about one individual, but rather about God’s original plan to restore a people to Himself. Yet, having folded his arms and dug in his heels, in hardening his heart, such a leader, continues to rebel, refusing to hear. But, I have heard him, LOUD AND CLEAR.
TO SUCH A LEADER:
I heard your degradation of women, even your derogatory, dismissal of sexual abuse survivors, like myself, as liars and “whiny victims,” choosing instead to defend abusers. I heard when you denied Puerto Rico, this nation’s own people, basic human provisions during their despair, giving to them, instead, the vinegar of your ire. I heard when you proposed to throw a people out of the land, vowing to erect a wall to keep them out. I heard your disparaging condemnation of other lands (God’s creations), deeming the people, thereof, “meritless.” I heard when you told children that NRA contributions were worth more than their lives; diminishing their bereavement, in propagating an agenda that caters to the greed of an organization that places money and power over human life. I heard when, rather than championing legislation to feed, clothe, and provide substantive shelter; you sought to exploit the, very real, tragedy at a Florida high school, to scapegoat the homeless, by threatening to institutionalize those who, in their homeless state, happen to be depressed. Unbelievable! Yet, even as you have made the absolute wrong choice in each situation, where God has tested your leadership, we have interceded. For it is written: “All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.” Therefore, we forbear one another in weakness, that all may have the opportunity to humble themselves before the Lord in repentance.
Most homeless people are not mentally ill, they are simply homeless, which, in and of itself, is depressing. But, I suppose if you were in their place, you might be a little depressed as well. Even those who are addicted to drugs, when they have money (right or wrong), they reinvest in the drug of their choice. Most homeless people, don’t even have enough money to buy lunch, let alone, amass an arsenal (where would they store it). But, rather than invoke legislation to implement common sense gun laws, you seek to deny justice to those who are most defenseless. THE DEVIL IS A LIAR! Yes, I hear you, moreover, GOD HEARS YOU. We must take God at His Word: The measure by which you measure, shall be measured back to you. In other words, the insane asylum you plan for others, could be your own.
I HEAR YOU, even now, as you continue to place the foreign interests, of a rouge nation, above your own country, blaming everybody else, even celebrating the enemy in taunting your own countrymen for having, as you claim, “been tricked.” Yet, refusing to confess your own guilt, in opening the door to the enemy, defending their wickedness and advocating their methodology, you have denied your own nation the faithful leadership to which you swore oath.
STILL, THERE IS FORGIVENESS
(Repairing the breach)
Despite what may be popular doctrine, forgiveness is not free: It’s price is a broken heart and contrite spirit.
True forgiveness is activated when we humble ourselves in brokenness to God’s chastening. You think you’re exhibiting strength by “fighting back,” when in reality, squirming, you are burrowing yourself deeper into a disgraceful pit. As the saying goes, “He’s a lawyer in the courtroom,” but you have to be willing to face the consequences of your actions. It is only through relinquishing the reins to God, that He will fight for us. It is because of Him, that, in weakness we are strong. But, it is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of God.
Contrary to some belief, there are instances where God commands us not to pray for others, and even to shake the very dust of our feet. He has not yet told me to do either, with regard to you or this nation. It is my opinion that, had you simply trusted the system, rather than tamper with it, to manipulate it, you likely would have been duly elected anyway. I honestly believe that those who voted for you and even those who did not (but were willing to give you a chance) wanted and expected, however naïve, the person you portrayed as, “The Donald;” not some communistically compromised, tweeting tyrant. Nevertheless, despite how exhaustingly insufferable you have been, you too are God’s creation. Therefore, it is with compassion, in forbearance, and having the knowledge that we are ALL recipients of God’s UNMERITED grace and mercy (I can’t even remember all the number of times God has given me another chance), that I ask God to extend to you the grace and mercy that you have denied others.
As it is written, “God remembered;” not as you and I, having forgotten, remembers. But God, having placed a thing on pause, while He refines and prepares us, revisits His promise to us. This does not mean that God is iffy, as some may misconstrue, He is, much more aptly, an “IF and THEN” God: 2 Chronicles 7:14 14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
For the good of the nation, in respect for the oath of office to which you swore, and the rightful expectation, of ALL Americans, to a just leader, it is my hope that you will choose God’s way. Stop trying to obstruct justice and face it. You may be surprised; God’s grace is not for perfect people. There are no perfect people, only a God who is perfect in His grace and mercy, when we turn to Him.
Commentary: I don’t know what kind of deal you’ve made with the devil, but, the enemy doesn’t need the money syphoned from a stock market, tariffs, infrastructure or real estate deals. They deride your efforts to meet payments. Their only interest is world domination, through division and intimidation. No matter how indebted you think you are to the adversary, God can cancel that debt, in ways you can’t even imagine. TRUST HIM! We are not only a nation; thought it may not seem so, at times, we are a family. Real family don’t collude with nor deliver other family members into the hands of their enemies. Though you be a prodigal son, right now, we got your back until God says different.
Special Counsel must be protected. It’s not about the president, it’s about a democracy, infiltrated and under attack by a foreign adversary.
Who hath believed our report?
In spite of all that has been done and all the foolish things he has spoken and written, we have yet interceded on his behalf.
