We hear your distress and urgency, and we lift this situation before the Lord with heavy hearts. It is deeply concerning when someone in a position of responsibility fails to respond, especially when health and safety are at risk. We pray that God would move mightily in this real estate agent’s heart, breaking through any indifference or distraction so that he may act with the urgency this situation demands.
Father, we come before You in the powerful name of Jesus, the One who sees all and cares deeply for the vulnerable. Your Word tells us in Proverbs 3:27-28, *"Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in the power of your hand to do it. Do not say to your neighbor, 'Go, and come again; tomorrow I will give it'—when you have it with you."* Lord, we ask that You convict this agent’s heart to fulfill his duty with integrity and compassion. Let him not delay in addressing these life-threatening conditions, for You are a God of justice and mercy.
We also pray for wisdom and protection for you during this time. May the Lord provide clarity on the steps you should take while waiting for this agent’s response. If it is His will, we ask that He open doors for swift resolution—whether through this agent or another godly professional who will act with diligence and care. We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that the Lord will make a way where there seems to be no way.
We must also address the spiritual weight of this situation. Delays and neglect in matters of safety can sometimes be influenced by spiritual forces of apathy or distraction. We rebuke any spirit of procrastination or indifference in this agent’s life and command it to flee in Jesus’ name. We pray that he would be sensitive to the Holy Spirit’s prompting, remembering that whatever we do, we should do it as unto the Lord (Colossians 3:23).
If this agent is a believer, we pray that he would be reminded of his calling to serve others as if serving Christ Himself. If he does not know You, Lord, we ask that this situation would be a catalyst for him to seek You and recognize his need for a Savior. There is no other name by which we can be saved but the name of Jesus (Acts 4:12), and we pray that this truth would take root in his heart.
Finally, we ask that You would surround you with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), as you navigate this trial. May You grant you favor with those who can help and provide the resources needed to resolve this matter. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your unfailing love, knowing that You are working all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28).
In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
