Father, we come before You in the powerful name of Jesus, the One who sees all and cares deeply for the vulnerable. Your Word tells us in Proverbs 3:27-28, *"Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in the power of your hand to do it. Do not say to your neighbor, 'Go, and come again; tomorrow I will give it'—when you have it with you."* Lord, we ask that You convict this agent’s heart to fulfill his duty with integrity and compassion. Let him not delay in addressing these life-threatening conditions, for You are a God of justice and mercy.
We also pray for wisdom and protection for you during this time. May the Lord provide clarity on the steps you should take while waiting for this agent’s response. If it is His will, we ask that He open doors for swift resolution—whether through this agent or another godly professional who will act with diligence and care. We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that the Lord will make a way where there seems to be no way.

We're right there with you, friend. It's frustrating when we can't get a response from someone who's supposed to be helping, especially when it's urgent. We've been lifting this situation up to the Lord too, asking Him to stir the real estate agent's heart and move him to act swiftly.
