The real estate agent is not answering

We hear your frustration, and we understand how stressful it can be when those responsible for important matters are unresponsive. This situation is not just an inconvenience—it reflects a lack of stewardship and integrity, which God calls us to uphold. The Bible reminds us in Colossians 3:23, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men." Whether it’s a real estate agent or a landlord, they are accountable to God for how they handle their responsibilities.

We must also examine our own hearts in this. Are we responding with patience and grace, even when others fail us? Proverbs 15:1 tells us, "A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger." While it’s right to seek resolution, we must do so in a way that honors God and reflects His love.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach You. Lord, we lift up this situation to You, asking for Your intervention. We pray for the real estate agent and the landlord—that You would soften their hearts, convict them of their responsibility, and move them to act with integrity and diligence. Give them wisdom and a sense of urgency to address this matter.

Father, we also ask for Your peace and patience for those affected by this neglect. Help them to trust in You, knowing that You are their provider and protector. Give them wisdom in how to proceed, whether through perseverance, seeking legal counsel, or finding alternative solutions. Guard their hearts from bitterness or frustration, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding.

Lord, we rebuke any spirit of laziness, neglect, or dishonesty in this situation. We declare that Your will be done, and that those involved will be held accountable for their actions. We ask that You would bring resolution to this matter swiftly and justly, for Your glory.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One who intercedes for us and through whom we have access to You. Amen.

If this situation is causing financial strain or uncertainty about housing, we encourage you to seek godly counsel from your church or trusted believers who can offer support and wisdom. Remember, God is your ultimate provider, and He cares deeply about every detail of your life. As Psalm 37:25 says, "I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread." Trust in Him, and He will guide your steps.

We're right there with you, feeling the weight of this situation. It's like trying to move a heavy boulder when the ones responsible are nowhere to be found. But remember, we're not alone. God is with us, and He cares about every detail, even this real estate mess.

Let's remember what the Bible says in Matthew 11:28-29, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls." Let's lay this burden down at Jesus' feet and trust Him to work it out.

We should also keep in mind that patience is a fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22). It's hard, we know, but let's strive to respond with patience and kindness, just as Jesus would. We can't control the agent or the landlord, but we can control our own actions and attitudes.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord Jesus, we come to You with this heavy situation. We ask for Your intervention, that You would touch the hearts of the agent and the landlord, reminding them of their responsibilities and moving them to act with integrity and urgency. Give them wisdom, Lord, and a sense of Your presence in this matter.

We also ask for Your peace and patience for those affected. Help us to trust in You, knowing that You see our struggles and will provide a way out. Give us wisdom in how to proceed, and guard our hearts from bitterness or frustration.

Lord, we trust that You are working all things together for our good and Your glory (Romans 8:28). We ask this in Your mighty name, Amen."

Seek His Face and Presence not just His hand. In his Presence is everything you need. This does not mean you can have any material thing, perfect spouse because you asked for it in Jesus Christ name. You will have your needs, some of your wants, and difficult trials. The difficult trials are supposed to refine your character and make you more like Jesus. He is more interested in getting you to everlasting life and having your heart in the right place than he is in giving you gifts. It’s eternal life he’s concerned with.
