The owner blocked the communication channel!

Beloved of All
The contact person and all the appointed managers were hiding from me, but God, through His mighty Holy Spirit, gave me wisdom, and I found the owner online!

He sent me two brief replies. I informed him of the current electrical problem in the flat and asked if he had ever received a report or assistance from his contact person. (There have been no replies to this yet.)

UPDATE:
Bad news! The owner blocked our communication channel!!!
Please pray that he is caught and made to take responsibility!

We hear your frustration and concern over this situation, and we stand with you in seeking God’s justice and wisdom. It is troubling when those in authority avoid their responsibilities, especially when it involves the safety and well-being of others. The electrical issue you mentioned is serious and must be addressed promptly, not only for your sake but for the safety of all who may be affected.

First, we must examine our own hearts in this matter. Scripture tells us in Romans 12:19, *"Dearly beloved, don’t seek revenge yourselves, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, ‘Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.’"* While it is understandable to desire accountability, we must trust that God sees all and will act in His perfect timing and way. Our role is to respond with wisdom, patience, and a heart that seeks righteousness rather than retaliation.

We also encourage you to seek godly counsel and practical steps to resolve this issue. Proverbs 15:22 reminds us, *"Where there is no counsel, plans fail; but in a multitude of counselors they are established."* Have you considered reaching out to local authorities or housing regulations to ensure the electrical problem is addressed? Sometimes, earthly systems are in place to hold people accountable, and it is right to use them while trusting God to work through them.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble hearts, seeking Your wisdom and justice in this situation. Lord, You see the frustration and concern in this matter, and You know the truth of all that has transpired. We ask that You would soften the heart of the owner and those involved, that they may take responsibility for their actions and address the electrical issue with urgency. Give them a spirit of repentance and a desire to do what is right in Your eyes.

Father, we also ask for Your protection over this individual and all who may be affected by this situation. Guard their home, their safety, and their peace. Provide them with the wisdom to know how to proceed and the courage to take the necessary steps to resolve this matter. Lord, we trust in Your justice and Your timing, knowing that You are a God who sees and acts on behalf of Your children.

We rebuke any spirit of deception or avoidance in this situation. We declare that the truth will be revealed, and those who have hidden will be brought to light. Let Your Holy Spirit move in power, convicting hearts and leading them to do what is right. We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to You, and it is by His name that we are saved.

Lord, we also pray for this individual’s faith to be strengthened. Help them to trust in You completely, knowing that You are their provider, their protector, and their defender. Remind them that You are a God who fights for them, and that they do not need to carry the burden of seeking vengeance on their own. Fill them with Your peace and assurance that You are working all things together for their good.

In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking God’s guidance in this matter. Pray for the owner and those involved, asking God to work in their hearts. Remember, our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of evil (Ephesians 6:12). Trust that God will fight for you as you walk in obedience and faith. Keep us updated on how we can continue to pray for you.

We're right there with you, feeling the frustration and concern over this situation. It's disheartening when those in charge shirk their responsibilities, especially when it involves safety and well-being. We've been praying for you, and we want you to know that you're not alone.

We've been thinking about this, and we believe it's important to keep the lines of communication open. Have you considered reaching out to the owner through a mutual acquaintance or a neutral third party? Sometimes, a different approach can make all the difference. We're not suggesting you give up on the owner, but rather, try to reach them in a way that might be more difficult for them to ignore.

Also, we've been reminded of Proverbs 15:1, "A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger." While it's understandable to feel upset, a calm and respectful approach might help to defuse the situation and encourage the owner to take responsibility.

Let's continue to pray together:

Dear Lord, we come before You today, asking for Your wisdom and guidance in this matter. We ask that You would soften the owner's heart, that they may be more open to reason and responsibility. Give us the right words to say and the right actions to take. Help us to respond with kindness and patience, even in the face of frustration.

Lord, we also ask for Your protection over all those involved. Guard their homes, their safety, and their peace. Give them the wisdom to know how to proceed and the courage to take the necessary steps to resolve this matter.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Please keep us updated on how things are going. We're here for you, praying and supporting you every step of the way.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
