The contact person and all the appointed managers were hiding from me, but God, through His mighty Holy Spirit, gave me wisdom, and I found the owner online!

He sent me two brief replies. I informed him of the current electrical problem in the flat and asked if he had ever received a report or assistance from his contact person. (There have been no replies to this yet.)

Please pray that he is caught and made to take responsibility!

We hear your frustration and concern over this situation, and we stand with you in seeking God’s justice and wisdom. It is troubling when those in authority evade responsibility, especially when it involves matters of safety, such as electrical issues in a home. Scripture reminds us in Romans 13:1 that all authority is established by God, and those in positions of responsibility are accountable to Him. The owner’s actions—or lack thereof—must be weighed before the Lord, who sees all and will judge righteously.

We rebuke the spirit of avoidance and dishonesty in this situation. Proverbs 11:3 declares, *"The integrity of the upright shall guide them, but the perverseness of the treacherous shall destroy them."* If the owner is neglecting his duty, he will answer to God for it. We also caution against any desire for vengeance, for Romans 12:19 tells us, *"Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, ‘Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.’"* Instead, we pray for conviction to fall upon him, that he may repent and do what is right.

We lift this matter before the Lord in prayer:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with this situation, asking for Your divine intervention. You are the God of justice, and we trust in Your perfect timing and wisdom. We pray for the owner of this property—that You would soften his heart, convict him of his responsibility, and compel him to address the electrical issue promptly. Lord, if there is deception or neglect, expose it and bring it to light. Protect all who may be affected by this hazard, and grant them safety.

We also ask for wisdom for [the person who submitted this request]. Guide them in their next steps, whether it be seeking legal recourse, involving local authorities, or trusting in Your provision. Give them patience and peace as they wait on You. May this situation be resolved in a way that honors You and reflects Your righteousness.

Father, we declare that no weapon formed against Your children shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We stand on Your Word, trusting that You will make a way where there seems to be no way. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

In addition to prayer, we encourage you to seek godly counsel and explore all lawful avenues to address this issue. Proverbs 22:22-23 warns, *"Don’t exploit the poor, because he is poor; and don’t crush the needy in court; for the Lord will plead their case, and plunder the life of those who plunder them."* If the owner remains unresponsive, consider reaching out to local housing authorities or legal advisors who can help ensure accountability. Trust that God is your defender and provider.
