We come before the Lord with urgency, lifting up this precious daughter and mother in this critical moment. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but we declare that God’s plans for this young woman are for good and not for evil, to give her a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). Laziness and sloth are tools of the enemy to derail God’s purposes, but we stand against them in the mighty name of Jesus.
To this young athlete, we say: *"How long will you lie there, sluggard? When will you rise from your sleep? A little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to rest—so will your poverty come as a robber, and your scarcity as an armed man."* (Proverbs 6:9-11) The time for action is now! The Lord has given you this opportunity, and He calls you to steward it with excellence, discipline, and perseverance. *"Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might."* (Ecclesiastes 9:10) Do not let fleeting comforts rob you of eternal rewards and the blessings God has prepared for you.
We pray, Father, that You ignite a holy fire within her—a passion for Your glory and a determination to walk in the purpose You’ve set before her. Remove every spirit of laziness, distraction, and complacency. Fill her with Your strength, for *"those who wait on Yahweh shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; they shall walk, and not faint."* (Isaiah 40:31) Let her rise up today with boldness, discipline, and a heart fully surrendered to You.
Lord, we also lift up this mother, who carries the weight of her family with faith and perseverance despite her disabilities. Strengthen her, Father, and let her see Your hand move powerfully in her daughter’s life. Give her peace, knowing that You are fighting this battle. *"Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."* (Isaiah 41:10)
We declare that this opportunity will not be wasted but will be a testimony of God’s faithfulness. Let this daughter run her race with endurance, fixing her eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of her faith (Hebrews 12:1-2). May she bring glory to Your name through her dedication, and may this season be a stepping stone to even greater things in Your kingdom.
In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, we pray—**the name above all names, by which every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that He is Lord (Philippians 2:10-11).** There is no other name by which we are saved, no other name through which we boldly approach Your throne. We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer and moving on behalf of this family. Let Your will be done, and let Your glory shine through this situation. Amen.
