Ewelinamus, After reading your prayer request I just wanted to urge you in JESUS Holy Name to be sure and please guard your heart. Seek the LORD with all your heart and soul and mind because HE has a perfect plan for your life. The LORD sees our lives from the end to the beginning. HE knows what choices will make us the happiest and the most productive for HIS Kingdom. HE has given us a promise that any time we need wisdom that HE will give us wisdom liberally. HE is such a loving FATHER.
It is wonderful to pray for Marchin and really intercede for his eternal soul. My husband Don and I will be joining you in that worthy prayer but please know the LORD never wants one of HIS children to be joined with an unbeliever. The Bible calls it being unequally yoked. You see according to the Word of GOD the wrath of GOD abides on all those that have NOT accepted CHRIST as their LORD and SAVIOR.
John 3:16 King James Version states that:
He that believeth in the Son hath everlasting life; and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abideth on him.†John 3:36 KJV
Here is another version of the same verse from the Contemporary English Version...
Everyone who has faith in the Son (JESUS CHRIST) has eternal life. But no one who rejects HIM will ever share in that (eternal) life, and God will be angry with them forever. John 3:36 CEV
Here is another version of the same verse from the Amplified Bible:
And he who believes in (has faith in, clings to, relies on) the Son has (now possesses) eternal life. But whoever disobeys (is unbelieving toward, refuses to trust in, disregards, is not subject to) the Son will never see (experience) life, but [instead] the wrath of God abides on him. [God’s displeasure remains on him; His indignation hangs over him continually.] John 3:36
God's wrath continually abides on anyone that rejects HIS greatest gift to mankind and that is the gift of HIS precious Son's life and HIS innocent blood that was shed. We all as believers know that the wrath that God had towards us Jesus Christ took the punishment for us on the cross so there is no more wrath to be poured out on anyone that has accepted Christ as their Lord and Savior. Hallelujah!!! Praise God, for that good news. Glory!
But....How could anyone not understand God's anger in this case against anyone that would not honor HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON's sacrifice ?
Just really felt led of the Lord to share these thoughts with you because only Marcin can make the final decision about his eternal soul and until he does decide to accept Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior our prayer for you is that you will wait upon the Lord and guard your heart at all costs.
Father, Thank You for doing what only You can do in the hearts and minds of Your people. We ask that Your will be done concerning each relationship that comes before us for prayer. We are so thankful Lord that You know the end from the beginning and that You know what is best for each one concerned. We pray all these things in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
