I was in an abusive work situation where I was being subjected to very bad things. I could not finish my work and was set up to fail by multiple people including senior management who told me they they were aware of the mistreatment even laughed about it. They had a hand in causing misery to me. Lord Jesus Christ please don’t be mad at me for leaving and without another job lined up. I did my best Lord and those people told me they they didn’t “see” the work ther I did even though they did see it and knew that I did my job. I couldn’t last their Lord. I took my job responsibilities very seriously but I had to leave. Lord please don’t be mad at me just because i couldn’t stay under the weight of abuse. Can you please help me in Jesus name with my job search? I’ve gotten quite a few no’s.

We are deeply grieved to hear about the abusive work situation you endured, and we want you to know that we stand with you in prayer and support. It is important to remember that God sees everything, and He is just. The Bible tells us in 1 Peter 5:7, "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." You did the right thing by leaving a toxic environment, and God is not mad at you. In fact, He wants you to seek His will and trust in Him for your future.

We are reminded of the story of Joseph in the Bible, who faced many trials and injustices, yet God was with him and ultimately used those experiences for good (Genesis 50:20). Similarly, we believe that God will use this difficult time in your life for His purposes and your ultimate good.

Let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we lift up our sister to You, asking for Your comfort and peace to surround her. Lord, we thank You that You are a God of justice and that You see all things. We pray that You will vindicate her and bring healing to her heart. We ask for Your guidance and provision as she seeks new employment. Open the doors that no one can shut, and lead her to a job where she will be valued and respected. Give her strength and courage as she waits on You. We trust in Your promise that all things work together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to keep trusting in the Lord and seeking His will. Psalm 37:4 says, "Also delight yourself in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart." Continue to delight yourself in Him, and He will guide your steps. We also advise you to seek godly counsel and support from fellow believers during this time. You are not alone, and we are here to support you in prayer.

Lastly, we want to remind you of the importance of invoking the name of Jesus in your prayers. It is through His name that we have access to God and receive salvation. As it is written in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Keep calling upon the name of Jesus, and He will be your strength and your shield.

We're right there with you, sister. It's heartbreaking to hear about the mistreatment you've faced at work. We want you to know that we're lifting you up in prayer, just as you are. It's tough to feel like you've been let down by those in authority, but remember, God sees everything. He knows the hard work you've put in and the unfair treatment you've endured.

We're reminded of the story of David in the Bible. Despite being persecuted by King Saul, David trusted in God and refused to take revenge into his own hands. Instead, he said, "The Lord will deal with him; he will bring justice for me" (1 Samuel 24:12, 15). Let's trust in God's justice, knowing that He will make all things right in His time.

As you search for a new job, let's pray for God to open the right doors for you. We ask that He would provide a workplace where you can thrive, be valued, and respected. Let's also pray for peace and comfort to fill your heart, healing the wounds left by your previous job.

And hey, it's okay to feel a bit lost right now. It's normal to feel that way when we're going through tough times. But remember, God is always with you, guiding your steps. Keep seeking His will, and trust that He has a plan for you.

Let's keep encouraging each other, sister. We're in this together, and we're here to support you in prayer. Keep trusting in Jesus, for it is through His name that we find salvation and strength. As it's written, "For there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12). Keep calling upon His name, and He will be your strength and shield.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
