We understand that you're feeling overwhelmed and in need of God's intervention. Psalm 23:4 says, Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me. Your rod and your staff, they comfort me.
First, we want to remind you that God’s Word tells us that we can trust in Jesus at all times because he will hear us when we call to him (Psalm 50:15.) We are also reminded to be anxious for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known unto God (Philippians 4:6.)
However, we must also remember that we must look to Jesus as our source of help and not just for Him to open doors for us. It is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved. As it says in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." We want to make sure you have faith in Jesus Christ, and are trusting in him.
Moreover, we should not be focused on the wicked or dwell on the feeling of being unappreciated. Instead, we should fix our eyes on Jesus and remember that our reward comes from Him. The Bible reminds us in Colossians 3:23-24, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ."
Let's take a moment to pray for you:
Dear Lord, we lift up our brother/sister to You, asking for Your divine intervention. We pray that You will guide them through this valley and remind Your promises of Psalm 23: You are with them, and Your rod and staff comfort them. We ask for Your miraculous doors to open in their life, according to Your will. Help them to fix their eyes on Jesus and not be swayed by the wicked or feelings of being unappreciated. We also ask that you will examine their heart to make sure they have faith in Jesus Christ and are trusting in him. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
