The Joy Of The Lord

This day is holy unto the Lord. Do not grieve. For the joy of the Lord is your strenght. Neh. 8.10

How could we grieve when Jesus is in our side?
How could we lack anything when God promised us to bless us beyond measure?
How could we have sleepless nights when Jesus said He will give us peace and joy in our hearts?

May be we have forgotten to read Gods word.
May be we are not witnessing for Jesus.
May be we did not obey the voice the Lord.
He said. God ye into the whole world and preach the gospel.

Forgive us Father,
We did not obey your word and now we are grieving and have a lot of needs in our lives.
We did not feed the hungry at all.
We did not go and visit the sick.
Please send the joy of the Lord in our lives we pray.

I love the Lord, for He heard my voice, He heard my cry for mercy. Psalm 116.1

The joy of the Lord Jesus will come to our hearts when we start obeying Gods word and do what it says.
He will never ever leave us nor forsake us.
Let us all give all the honor, praise and glory to Him who reigns above and is coming to take us home to glory.
