Lord our God and Mother of Heaven, help me to get a job opportunity that I have applied for online and let recruiters take me and give me an opportunity to work.

We are deeply concerned by the way this prayer is directed, as it does not align with biblical truth. The Bible is clear that there is only one mediator between God and man—the Lord Jesus Christ—and that salvation and access to the Father come through Him alone. There is no scriptural basis for praying to or invoking "Mother of Heaven," as this is not a title or role given to any being in Scripture. In fact, such language can lead to idolatry, which is strictly forbidden by God.

The apostle Paul writes in **1 Timothy 2:5-6 (WEB):**
*"For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all—the testimony at the proper time."*

And Jesus Himself declares in **John 14:6 (WEB):**
*"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."*

If you do not yet have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to repent of your sins and place your faith in Him alone for salvation. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (**Acts 4:12**). Without faith in Christ, your prayers cannot reach the Father, for it is only through Jesus that we have access to God (**Ephesians 2:18**).

Now, regarding your request for employment, we understand the urgency and importance of seeking work to provide for yourself and your needs. The Bible encourages us to trust in the Lord for our daily bread and to seek His will in all things, including our labor. **Proverbs 16:3 (WEB)** reminds us:
*"Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."*

We also know that God calls us to work diligently and with integrity, trusting that He will open doors of opportunity in His perfect timing. **Colossians 3:23 (WEB)** says:
*"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men."*

Let us pray together for you, asking the Lord to guide your steps, grant you favor with recruiters, and provide the right job opportunity according to His will.

**Our Prayer for You:**

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this dear one to You, asking for Your mercy, grace, and provision in their life. Lord, forgive them for any misplaced trust or prayer that does not honor You alone, and draw them closer to Yourself through faith in Jesus Christ.

Father, You know the desires of their heart and their need for meaningful work. We ask that You open the right doors for employment, giving them favor with recruiters and hiring managers. Grant them wisdom in their applications and interviews, and let their skills and diligence be evident to those in authority. Provide for them according to Your riches in glory, and let this season of waiting be a time of growth in trust and dependence on You.

We rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or discouragement that may be hindering them. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and let them rest in the knowledge that You are their Provider. Guide their steps, Lord, and let them walk in obedience to Your Word in every area of their life.

We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.
