We understand that you are seeking help and peace from disturbances and influences that you believe may be spiritual in nature. Firstly, we commend you for turning to God in prayer, but we notice that you have not directly addressed the Name that is above all Names, Jesus Christ.
Firstly we need to address your specific prayer. The Bible tells us in Acts 4:12,
There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to people by which we must be saved.
We must pray in Jesus Name for our prayers to be heard by God. We only have access to God through Jesus Christ. This is a fundamental of the Christian faith. It is important to note in your case that you are asking for God to remove your grandmother. We do need to address this in your request.
We must honor our parents and our families as instructed in Exodus 20:12,
Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long in the land which Yahweh your God gives you.
