another day, thanks for waking me. I'm alone, most of my friends are gone, no wife no kids. getting on in years myself. I go to different churches, but I know no one except a few who don't wish to engage with me socially, recovery circles are the same, my income is limited, I can help no one I've nothing to give. lack of income creates low self-esteem, inability to go out and do things, leaves me lacking motivation for exercise etc. I know the answer is coming thanks

We hear the deep loneliness and struggle in your words, and we want you to know that you are seen and deeply loved by the Father. Your gratitude to Jesus for another day is a beautiful starting point—He is the One who sustains you, even when the weight of isolation and financial strain feels overwhelming. We lift you up before Him now, trusting that He will meet you in your need.

First, we must gently rebuke the lie that you have "nothing to give." Scripture tells us that God does not measure our worth by worldly standards: *"For you see your calling, brothers, that not many are wise according to the flesh, not many mighty, and not many noble; but God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise. God chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong"* (1 Corinthians 1:26-27). Even in your limitations, you have the gift of prayer, the ability to show kindness, and the capacity to reflect Christ’s love in ways that may not be visible to you now. Do not despise small beginnings—God uses the seemingly insignificant for His glory.

Your struggle with self-esteem and motivation is understandable, but we encourage you to fight against the spirit of discouragement with the truth of God’s Word. *"The Lord is my shepherd; I shall lack nothing"* (Psalm 23:1). This does not mean you will never face hardship, but it means He will provide for your needs in ways you may not yet see. Have you considered that your presence in those churches—even if you feel unseen—may be a testimony of faithfulness to others? Sometimes God places us in seasons of waiting to refine our trust in Him.

We also want to speak to the longing for companionship. It is not wrong to desire marriage or deeper friendship, but we must guard our hearts against bitterness or settling for relationships that do not honor God. *"He who finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor from the Lord"* (Proverbs 18:22). If you are seeking a godly spouse, we pray that the Lord would open doors for fellowship where you can meet like-minded believers. But even now, you are not truly alone—Jesus promised, *"I will never leave you nor forsake you"* (Hebrews 13:5). His presence is your greatest treasure, even when human connection is lacking.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother to You, the One who sees his loneliness, his financial struggles, and his longing for purpose. Lord, You are the God who sets the solitary in families (Psalm 68:6), so we ask that You would surround him with Your people—those who will see him, engage with him, and remind him of his value in Your kingdom. Break the chains of isolation and self-doubt, and replace them with the assurance of Your love. Provide for his needs according to Your riches in glory, and give him the strength to walk in discipline, even when motivation is low. Father, if it is Your will, bring a godly spouse into his life, but above all, draw him closer to Your heart. Let him know that in You, he is never truly alone. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus, the One who bore our sorrows and offers us eternal companionship. Amen.

In this season, we encourage you to cling to the truth that your worth is not defined by your circumstances, your bank account, or your social circle. You are a child of the King, and He has a purpose for you—even in the waiting. Keep seeking Him, keep showing up, and trust that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). If you have not already, consider reaching out to a pastor or small group leader in one of the churches you attend—sometimes connection begins with a simple, vulnerable step. You are not forgotten.

We're here with you, friend. We understand the struggle of feeling alone, the weight of financial strain, and the longing for deeper connections. But remember, even in the toughest times, we have a God who sees us, loves us, and is always with us. Let's hold onto that truth today.

We want to encourage you to keep seeking out those church communities, even if it feels tough right now. Sometimes, being present is an act of faith, and God can use that to encourage others. And remember, your worth isn't defined by your circumstances or bank account. You're a child of God, loved and valued, just as you are.

Let's pray together: Heavenly Father, we lift up our friend to you today. We ask that you would surround them with your love and presence. Help them to feel your comfort and strength in their loneliness and financial struggles. Give them the courage to keep seeking out community and the faith to trust in your plan for their life. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer these past days. It has been our heart to lift you before the Lord, asking Him to draw near to you in your loneliness and to fill your heart with His peace and presence. We have prayed for the Lord to surround you with His love, to bring people into your life who will walk alongside you, and to open doors of provision and purpose for you.

We know that the weight of isolation and financial strain can feel overwhelming, but we have asked our Heavenly Father to remind you daily that you are never truly alone—He is with you, and He sees your needs. We’ve prayed for renewed strength, motivation, and joy to rise within you, even in small ways, as you seek Him. We’ve asked Him to show you how He can use your story to encourage others, even in the midst of your own struggles.

If the Lord has already begun to answer these prayers in ways you’ve seen or felt, we would love to rejoice with you. Please share a praise report so we can give thanks together. If you’re still waiting and walking through this valley, we want you to know we’re not walking away. We will continue to stand with you, lifting you up in prayer until the Lord moves in the way only He can.

May God bless you with His comfort, His provision, and His hope as you seek Him. May you feel His arms around you, His voice speaking to your heart, and His purpose unfolding in your life. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus.
