Jesus Christ, please help me. I am rather avoidant of speaking to strangers. I have been reading the holy bible and prayers for about ### years. I'm avoidant of going to the church as well because I saw overlapping hallucinations and irregular behavior at the church. Today, I had the thought of restarting my Daniel fast, and am hoping that the LORD Jesus Christ helps me to complete my Daniel fast. I'm hoping to regain my previous job with my dad and brothers and mom and sister. I don't drive, and have anxiety on buses. I'm not sure if I can regain my job because I had left the company previously due to post-traumatic stress disorder. I have thoughts about attempting to learn Japanese by reading the English Hepburn Romaji Japanese bible. I don't know if I'd be able to go to Japan alone because I don't drive and I am socially avoidant of people. Social media keeps showing amazing people at a younger age, I feel like a failure and an obsolete person who is out of the academic race. Even at previous college, without friends and the ability to drive, it's rather lonely. I feel like a failure surplus because I'm not military enrolled at college. Even if I passed college I'd be still a lesser. I had thoughts about the Christianity route in college, but I'm not military and I don't drive. I'm not sure what to do. I had given away my money, and am left with providence and free digital resources from YouTube or digital archive libraries and the bible. I hope Jesus Christ saves me from madness and overwhelm. I have tabs of things to complete that are just sitting there waiting... I was thinking of moving to Japan to not worry about me not being military. Some of the American military footage disturbs me, and it seems that they want fresh recruits out of high school, not adults who are afraid and obese and don't drive. The holy bible has disturbances because I'm haunted by previous people who have the same name as the scriptural people or that they have the same names as deceased American military veterans in the veterans list. I hope Jesus Christ saves me. Thanks, Jesus, for peace, providence, and progress in Jesus' name, Amen.

We lift you up in prayer, dear brother, and we are grateful that you have called upon the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved. It is only through faith in Him that we find true peace, strength, and purpose, and we rejoice that you are seeking Him in this season of struggle. The Scriptures remind us in **Philippians 4:6-7**, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* You have done well to bring your burdens before the Lord, and we stand with you in intercession, trusting that He will meet you in your deepest needs.

Your heart is heavy with many challenges—social anxiety, the weight of past trauma, feelings of inadequacy, and the overwhelming pressure of uncertainty about your future. We want to speak truth into these struggles. First, know that your worth is not defined by worldly achievements, military service, academic success, or even your ability to socialize or drive. You are fearfully and wonderfully made by God, and your identity is found in Christ alone. **Psalm 139:13-14** declares, *"For you formed my inwards. You covered me in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well."* The Lord sees you, and He has a purpose for your life that is not dependent on the standards of this world.

We also recognize the deep pain and fear that has kept you from gathering with other believers. The experiences you described at church—hallucinations and irregular behavior—sound deeply distressing, and we understand why this would make you hesitant. However, we gently urge you not to isolate yourself from the body of Christ entirely. **Hebrews 10:24-25** exhorts us, *"Let’s consider how to provoke one another to love and good works, not forsaking our own assembling together, as the custom of some is, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching."* While we acknowledge that not all churches are healthy, we encourage you to seek out a small, biblically sound group of believers—perhaps even a home fellowship—where you can grow in faith alongside others who will support and encourage you. If your anxiety makes this difficult, start small: reach out to a trusted believer online, listen to sermons from faithful pastors, or even pray with us now as we lift you up.

Your desire to restart the Daniel fast is commendable, as fasting is a powerful way to humble yourself before God and seek His will. **Joel 2:12** says, *"‘Yet even now,’ says Yahweh, ‘turn to me with all your heart, and with fasting, and with weeping, and with mourning.’"* We pray that the Lord strengthens you to complete this fast, not as a means to earn His favor, but as an act of surrender and dependence on Him. May He reveal Himself to you in new ways during this time and grant you clarity, peace, and renewed purpose. Remember, though, that fasting without faith in Christ’s finished work is empty. Your righteousness comes from Him alone, not from your own efforts.

Regarding your job, we pray for God’s provision and wisdom. If it is His will for you to return to working with your family, we ask that He open that door and restore what was lost. But if He has another path for you, we pray you will trust Him even when it’s unclear. **Proverbs 3:5-6** reminds us, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* Your past struggles with PTSD do not disqualify you from God’s plan—they are part of your story, and He can redeem them for His glory. If fear or anxiety arises as you consider re-entering the workforce, bring those fears to Jesus. He is your peace, and He can calm the storms within you.

Your thoughts about learning Japanese and possibly moving to Japan reflect a heart searching for belonging and escape from the pressures you feel. While learning a new language can be a wonderful pursuit—especially if it’s to share the Gospel—we caution you against seeking refuge in a place or culture rather than in Christ. **Jeremiah 17:5-8** warns, *"Cursed is the man who trusts in man, who makes flesh his strength, and whose heart departs from Yahweh. ... Blessed is the man who trusts in Yahweh, and whose trust Yahweh is."* Moving to another country will not solve the deeper issues of the heart. Instead, we encourage you to seek the Lord’s guidance in this matter. If He calls you to Japan, He will equip you. But if this desire stems from a place of fear or avoidance, ask Him to redirect your steps.

We also address the feelings of failure and comparison that weigh on you. Social media often paints a distorted picture of success, but the truth is that God’s kingdom does not operate by the world’s standards. **1 Corinthians 1:27-29** tells us, *"God chose the foolish things of the world that he might put to shame those who are wise. God chose the weak things of the world that he might put to shame the things that are strong; and God chose the lowly things of the world, and the things that are despised, and the things that are not, that he might bring to nothing the things that are, that no flesh should boast before God."* Your struggles do not make you a "failure surplus"—they make you a candidate for God’s grace and strength to be displayed in your life. He often uses the broken and the overlooked to accomplish His greatest works.

We must also gently address the distress you mentioned regarding the Bible and the associations you’ve made with names of scriptural figures and veterans. This sounds like a spiritual battle where the enemy is seeking to twist God’s Word to cause you confusion and fear. **2 Corinthians 10:4-5** reminds us, *"For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ."* When these disturbing thoughts arise, rebuking them in the name of Jesus and declaring the truth of Scripture over them. The Bible is the living Word of God, and it is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (**Psalm 119:105**). Do not let the enemy rob you of its comfort and truth.

Lastly, we want to speak to the overwhelm you feel—the tabs left open, the tasks undone, the paralysis of not knowing where to start. **Matthew 11:28-30** is Jesus’ invitation to you: *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."* You do not have to carry this alone. Start small: pick one thing to focus on today, and ask the Lord to help you with that single step. Trust that He will guide you one day at a time.

**Our Prayer for You:**

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother who is burdened by fear, anxiety, and the weight of feeling inadequate. Lord, You see his heart—his longing for peace, for purpose, and for a place to belong. We ask that You wrap him in Your love and remind him that he is Your beloved child, redeemed by the blood of Jesus. Break the chains of comparison and condemnation that the enemy has placed upon him, and replace them with the truth of Your Word: that he is fearfully and wonderfully made, chosen, and equipped for Your purposes.

Father, we pray for healing from the trauma that has left him avoidant and anxious. You are the God who binds up the brokenhearted and sets the captives free. We ask that You restore his mind, his emotions, and his spirit. Give him the courage to step out in faith, whether that means returning to work, seeking fellowship with other believers, or simply taking the next small step You have for him. Remove the spirit of fear and fill him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding.

Lord, we pray for provision—whether it’s the restoration of his job, a new opportunity, or the strength to endure while waiting. You are Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides. We trust You to meet his every need according to Your riches in glory.

We also pray for protection over his mind. Satan seeks to distort Your Word and bring confusion, but we declare that Your truth will prevail. Holy Spirit, guard his thoughts and help him to fix his mind on what is true, honorable, just, pure, lovely, and commendable (**Philippians 4:8**). Break the power of any hallucinations or disturbing associations, and let Your Word be a lamp to his feet.

Father, if it is Your will for him to learn Japanese or pursue any other endeavor, give him clarity and wisdom. But above all, let his heart find its rest in You alone. Remove any false hopes of escape or self-sufficiency, and anchor him in the truth that You are his refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (**Psalm 46:1**).

We rebuke the spirits of fear, anxiety, loneliness, and condemnation in the name of Jesus. We declare that our brother is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves him (**Romans 8:37**), and that no weapon formed against him shall prosper (**Isaiah 54:17**). Fill him with Your joy, Your peace, and Your purpose.

Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We trust that You are working all things together for his good and Your glory. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer, we pray. Amen.

We're here with you, dear friend, as you navigate through this season of uncertainty and struggle. We're inspired by your commitment to the Lord and your desire to grow in your faith. Here's a word of encouragement and a prayer for you:

Firstly, remember that God sees you, He knows your heart, and He is with you every step of the way. You're not alone in your journey. As Psalm 147:3 reminds us, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Trust that He is working in your life, even when you can't see it.

Secondly, take heart in knowing that your worth is not defined by worldly standards or your own achievements. You are fearfully and wonderfully made by God, and your identity is found in Christ alone. As Psalm 139:14 says, "I will give thanks to You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are Your works, and my soul knows it very well."

Lastly, we want to encourage you to keep seeking the Lord, even in the midst of your struggles. He is faithful, and He will not leave you nor forsake you. Keep pressing on, one step at a time, and trust that He will guide you and reveal Himself to you in new ways.

Now, let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up our dear brother who is going through a tough time. Lord, we ask that You would comfort him in his anxiety and fear. Fill him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and remind him of his worth in Your eyes.

Give him clarity and wisdom as he considers his future, whether that's returning to work, learning Japanese, or something else entirely. Help him to trust in Your providence and guidance, even when the path ahead is unclear.

We also pray for healing from the trauma he's experienced. Lord, You are the God who heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds. We ask that You would heal his mind, his emotions, and his spirit, and restore him to a place of wholeness and peace.

Help him to find a community of believers where he can grow in his faith and find support. Give him the courage to step out in faith, whether that's returning to work, seeking fellowship, or simply taking the next small step You have for him.

Lord, we thank You for Your faithfulness, and we trust that You are working all things together for his good and Your glory. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Praying for you and your request in Jesus. Have we ever really meditated on Matthew 6 where Jesus instructs us to take no thought for our lives? I have looked at this in terms of the rest of the Bible where I have learned to claim His Promises in Jesus and take on His thoughts for my life. Thank You Lord Jesus for Blessing me to learn to stop thinking about my life, learn to take on Your thoughts for my life and so much more for Your Glory and my good in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Jesus! Glory to You Lord Jesus!!!

Do you Believe Jesus died for our sins, is Risen from the dead, is Preparing a place for us and is about to call us to join Him?

Are you watching for Jesus in the Clouds of Glory? Jesus is about to call us to join Him!

We can do everything Jesus did and more! We can speak; sickness leave in Jesus! Be healed by Jesus stripes! I am healed by Jesus stripes! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus!

You can copy and paste this to pray every day and share...

There is nothing that happens for us that is bad except our thoughts about what is happening to us. The Bible says All things work together for our good in Jesus! Look at everything as good!

Sing through out your days Thank You Jesus, Praise You Jesus, Glory to You Lord Jesus or anything that is on your heart to sing to Jesus! It doesn't matter how we sound, Angels will join in with us and Jesus will join in with us as well as fight for us, knock down walls for us, open locks for us, save people for us, evil will flee from us, He heals us and He will over flow His Holy Peace in us.

Praying for others on here and reading your Bible will help you tremendously.

I wanted to commit suicide once, I even came up with a plan. Right before I headed out the door I posted a prayer on here and hoping there might be help from God one last time I opened the Bible and only read take no thought for your life from Matthew 6. I read that before at least 100 times but never really could understand how. This time I took it to heart, all right God I will end my life by not thinking about it. I take no thought, I take no thought, I take no thought over and over and over again I take no thought was my only thought that day. All of a sudden I noticed something, Jesus showed up, all my pains were gone, no neck ache, no back pain, no leg pain from many many accidents I had over the years and no pain in my heart as my wife had left me. I started singing praises and thanks to Jesus and my life has never been the same. My wife returned. It is our obedience to God from His Holy Instructions that makes a difference to His Power of His Promises in our lives.

Be a doer of Jesus friend, it really makes a difference! Thank You Lord Jesus! All things work together for my good in Jesus!

Search the Bible for Jesus' Promises friend, do them and claim them in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus! Glory to You Lord Jesus!!!
