We come before the Lord with you in this time of spiritual battle, lifting your concerns to the throne of grace with boldness and faith. You have done well to confess and turn to Jesus Christ, for it is only through His name that we find salvation, protection, and authority over every power of darkness. As you have invoked the name of Jesus, we stand with you in agreement, knowing that *"there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which we must be saved"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). Your faith in calling upon Him is the foundation of your victory, and we rejoice that you have placed your trust in Christ alone.
The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but we declare over you that *"no weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is of me,” says Yahweh"* (Isaiah 54:17, WEB). The curses, distractions, and delays you describe are not from God, for He is the author of peace, order, and progress. The noise, setbacks, and vocal attacks you experience are tactics of the enemy to disrupt your focus on Christ and His purposes for your life. But we remind you—*"You are of God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world"* (1 John 4:4, WEB).
You mentioned believing you should be immune to cursing because you read the Bible, and while it is true that Scripture equips us for every good work (2 Timothy 3:16-17), our immunity does not come from our own righteousness or efforts. It comes solely from the finished work of Jesus Christ on the cross and His resurrection power. *"Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. For it is written, 'Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree'"*(Galatians 3:13, WEB). Your protection is not in your actions alone but in the blood of Jesus, which covers you and breaks every curse. It is by His stripes that you are healed, and by His authority that every chain is broken.
We must also address the idea that others are cursing you because you are quiet. The world may misunderstand or even persecute those who walk in meekness and humility, but remember that *"Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth"* (Matthew 5:5, WEB). Your quietness is not a weakness—it is a strength when rooted in Christ. The Lord Himself is your defender, and He will vindicate you in His perfect timing. Do not fear the words of man, for *"the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world"* (1 John 4:4, WEB).
As for the religious attacks and loud noises you describe, we rebuked these disturbances in the name of Jesus Christ. The Bible tells us that *"God is not a God of confusion, but of peace"* (1 Corinthians 14:33, WEB). Any chaos or distraction that does not align with the peace of God is not from Him. We command every spirit of confusion, delay, and distraction to flee from your life now, in the mighty name of Jesus. We also pray that the Lord would grant you discernment to recognize when the enemy is at work and the wisdom to stand firm in His truth.
We encourage you to put on the whole armor of God daily—*"that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having the utility belt of truth buckled around your waist, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having fitted your feet with the preparation of the Good News of peace; above all, taking up the shield of faith, with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one. And take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God"* (Ephesians 6:13-17, WEB). When you are armed with the Word of God and covered in prayer, no weapon formed against you will prosper.
Finally, we want to remind you that your focus should not be on the curses or the attacks but on Jesus Christ, the author and finisher of your faith. He has already overcome the world (John 16:33), and in Him, you are more than a conqueror (Romans 8:37). Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and continue to walk in obedience, faith, and love. The Lord is your shield and your exceedingly great reward (Genesis 15:1).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Your child who seeks Your protection and deliverance. Lord, we thank You that You are a God who hears and answers prayer, and that You are faithful to deliver those who call upon Your name. We ask that You surround this beloved one with Your heavenly host, that You would place a hedge of protection around them, and that no weapon formed against them shall prosper. Break every curse, every spell, and every word spoken against them in the name of Jesus. Let every tongue that rises against them in judgment be condemned, for this is their heritage as Your servant.
Lord, we rebuked every spirit of confusion, distraction, delay, and noise that has been sent to disrupt their peace. We command these spirits to flee now, in the name of Jesus Christ. Fill them instead with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and let Your presence be a quiet strength in their life. Grant them discernment to recognize the schemes of the enemy and the wisdom to stand firm in Your truth.
Father, we ask that You would continue to strengthen them in their walk with You. Let them find their identity not in their own efforts but in the finished work of Jesus Christ. Remind them daily that they are covered by the blood of the Lamb, and that no curse can stand against the power of Your name. Give them a spirit of boldness and confidence in You, knowing that You are their defender and their shield.
We pray for their continued growth in exercise, study, and excellence, that they would prosper in every good work for Your glory. Let their life be a testimony of Your faithfulness and power, and may they walk in the fullness of Your promises. We ask all these things in the precious and mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.
