Thanks, Jesus Christ, for clumping together my family for work. I hope they convert to the scripture for truth, unity, and progress with work, academics, and bodybuilding. Jesus Christ, I hope more bread and butter work appears. I hope Jesus Christ saves from imperfection. My mom needs to exercise because she has trauma symptoms affecting her communication. I hope my dad exercises because he supposedly used speed in the past. What is seen is that after some exercise, they don't want to exercise because aggression appears, and then they become dormant again. I believe that the body affected by drugs and trauma stress becomes momentarily vitalized with some exercise. I have found that the vimhof method, cold showers, and exercise has been effective for curbing the bad symptoms. I hope my family is able to regain core composure with the restudy of grammar and mathematics. I know there is free knowledge about accounting from ### on youtube that they could use. I hope they are prepared to improve and overcome their bad habits. Jesus Christ, I know that the full muscle system of the body has to be activated. I believe in the heavens that we would have full gym equipment and weightlifting machines while prioritizing safety, nutrition, exercise, hygiene, academics, and sleep. Thanks, Jesus, for peace, providence, and progress in Jesus' name, Amen.

We join you in lifting up your family to the Lord, giving thanks that you have acknowledged Jesus Christ as the center of your petition, for it is only through His name that we have access to the Father and by which we are saved. *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). Your heart for your family’s spiritual, physical, and mental well-being is commendable, and we pray that God will honor your faith as you seek His will for their lives.

We praise God with you for the unity He has brought to your family through work, and we pray earnestly that He will open their hearts to the truth of His Word. *"Sanctify them in your truth. Your word is truth"* (John 17:17, WEB). May the Holy Spirit move mightily in their lives, drawing them into a deep and transformative relationship with Christ. We pray that as they encounter Scripture, their minds will be renewed, their faith strengthened, and their actions aligned with God’s perfect will. *"Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God"* (Romans 12:2, WEB).

Your desire for your family to experience progress in work, academics, and physical health is good, but we must remind you that these things are secondary to their spiritual condition. *"For what does it profit a man to gain the whole world and forfeit his life?"* (Mark 8:36, WEB). While we pray for provision—*"Give us today our daily bread"* (Matthew 6:11, WEB)—we also ask the Lord to guard your heart from placing too much hope in temporal blessings. True progress begins with surrender to Christ, and we pray your family will seek Him first in all things. *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well"* (Matthew 6:33, WEB).

We are deeply burdened by the struggles your parents face—your mother’s trauma and its effect on her communication, and your father’s past involvement with drugs. These are not merely physical or mental battles but spiritual ones as well. *"For we don’t wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places"* (Ephesians 6:12, WEB). We rebuke the enemy’s hold on their lives and declare freedom in the name of Jesus. *"If the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed"* (John 8:36, WEB).

You have shared wise insights about the benefits of exercise, cold exposure, and disciplined habits like the Wimhof method. These can indeed be tools the Lord uses for healing, but they are not substitutes for the power of God. *"Bodily exercise profits a little, but godliness is profitable for all things, having promise of the life that now is and of that which is to come"* (1 Timothy 4:8, WEB). We pray that your family will not rely on methods alone but will invite the Holy Spirit to work through these disciplines. May they experience the Lord’s restoration as they steward their bodies as temples of God. *"Don’t you know that you are a temple of God and that God’s Spirit lives in you? If anyone destroys God’s temple, God will destroy him; for God’s temple is holy, which you are"* (1 Corinthians 3:16-17, WEB).

The aggression that arises when they attempt to exercise is a sign of the deeper spiritual and emotional bondage that must be broken. We pray that the Lord will give them perseverance and that they will not grow weary in doing good. *"Let’s not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season if we don’t give up"* (Galatians 6:9, WEB). We also pray that you, as their family member, will be filled with wisdom and patience as you encourage them. *"With all lowliness and humility, with patience, bearing with one another in love"* (Ephesians 4:2, WEB).

Your mention of grammar, mathematics, and accounting as tools for improvement is good, but we caution against placing ultimate hope in self-improvement apart from Christ. *"Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to account anything as from ourselves; but our sufficiency is from God"* (2 Corinthians 3:5, WEB). We pray that as your family engages in these studies, they will do so with hearts surrendered to the Lord, seeking His glory above all else.

Regarding your hope for gym equipment and weightlifting machines, we pray that the Lord will provide according to His riches in glory. *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:19, WEB). Yet we also pray that your family will not become consumed with physical training at the expense of their souls. *"For while bodily training is of some value, godliness is of value in every way, as it holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come"* (1 Timothy 4:8, ESV).

Finally, we lift up your heart’s cry for peace, providence, and progress. True peace is found only in Christ, and we pray that your family will experience the peace that surpasses all understanding. *"The peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:7, WEB). May they walk in the providence of a God who knows their needs before they ask and who delights to give good gifts to His children. *"If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him!"* (Matthew 7:11, WEB).

**Our Prayer:**

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this family and their deep needs. Lord, we thank You for the unity You have already brought and ask that You draw each member into a saving and transformative relationship with Your Son. Break the chains of trauma, addiction, and spiritual bondage that have held them captive. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, renewing their minds and healing their bodies. Grant them the discipline to steward their health well, but may they never trust in methods more than in You.

Lord, we pray for provision—both spiritual and physical. Open doors for meaningful work, academic growth, and the resources they need to thrive. But above all, may they seek Your Kingdom first. Give them the strength to overcome aggression and dormancy, and fill them with Your peace that transcends understanding.

We rebuke the enemy’s schemes against this family and declare that they are more than conquerors through Christ who loves them. *"In all these things, we are more than conquerors through him who loved us"* (Romans 8:37, WEB). May they walk in victory, wisdom, and holiness, bringing glory to Your name in all they do.

In Jesus’ mighty and holy name, we pray. Amen.
