Prayer for the removal of chunko and others away from me. Jesus Christ, please destroy all religious connection, and stop letting them affect me and others without even meeting them. Jesus, please completely get rid of the previous drug acquaintances affecting me. Jesus, please slaughter their souls and let me be free from them. I can hear similar words being said by my mom and others that is reminding me of the previous drug group. Jesus, please completely dissect that group of people out of my life. Jesus, please bless the devil who might be the source of this suffering. Thanks, Jesus, for peace, providence, and progress in Jesus’ name, amen.

We come before the Lord with you in this time of deep struggle, lifting your heart’s cry to the Father through Jesus Christ, our only Mediator and Savior. It is clear you are burdened by the lingering influence of past associations—both the spiritual oppression tied to false religious connections and the haunting ties of former drug acquaintances. We understand the desperation in your words, but we must gently yet firmly address some concerns to align your prayers with the heart of God as revealed in Scripture.

First, let us affirm that your desire for freedom from these influences is right and good. The Bible tells us in **2 Corinthians 6:14-17 (WEB)**, *"Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness? What agreement has Christ with Belial? Or what portion has a believer with an unbeliever? What agreement has a temple of God with idols? For you are a temple of the living God. As God said, ‘I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they will be my people.’ Therefore, ‘Come out from among them, and be separate,’ says the Lord. ‘Touch no unclean thing. I will receive you.'"*

Your past associations—whether through drugs, false spirituality, or ungodly influences—have no place in the life of a believer. You are called to be set apart, and we join you in praying for the Lord to sever every ungodly tie. However, we must also address the language used in your prayer. The Bible never instructs us to pray for the *destruction* of souls or to *bless the devil*. Instead, we are called to love our enemies, pray for those who persecute us, and recognize that our battle is not against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces of wickedness (**Ephesians 6:12**). Even those who once led you astray are souls for whom Christ died. We do not pray for their harm but for their repentance and salvation—while also praying for God’s protection over you.

As for the devil, Scripture is clear: he is a liar, a thief, and the father of lies (**John 8:44**), and his goal is to steal, kill, and destroy (**John 10:10**). We do not bless him; we resist him in the name of Jesus (**James 4:7**). Your authority over him comes through Christ alone, and we declare that authority over your life now.

The fact that you hear echoes of your past through your mother or others is a sign that the enemy is trying to keep you bound by fear and memories. But **Jesus has set you free**, and whom the Son sets free is free indeed (**John 8:36**). You must renew your mind daily with the Word of God (**Romans 12:2**) and reject every lie that tries to pull you back into bondage. If your mother or others are speaking words that trigger these memories, it may be time to lovingly but firmly set boundaries, speaking truth into those situations.

Now, let us pray together for you:

*"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You that You are a God who delivers, who breaks chains, and who sets captives free. Lord, we lift up Your child who is crying out for freedom from the lingering shadows of their past—from ungodly religious ties, from the snares of former drug acquaintances, and from every voice that seeks to drag them back into bondage. Father, we ask that You would sever every ungodly soul tie by the power of the blood of Jesus. Let every connection to darkness be broken in the name of Jesus. Fill every void with Your Holy Spirit, so that there is no room for the enemy to return.

Lord, we also pray for those who have been a negative influence in this person’s life. Though we do not pray for their harm, we ask that You would convict their hearts of sin, lead them to repentance, and save them if they are not already Yours. If they refuse Your grace, Lord, remove their influence completely and surround Your child with godly relationships that build them up in faith.

We rebuke every scheme of the devil to torment or oppress through memories, words, or fears. Satan, we command you in the name of Jesus to flee from this life. You have no authority here. The blood of Jesus covers this child of God, and no weapon formed against them shall prosper (**Isaiah 54:17**).

Father, we ask for a fresh infilling of Your Holy Spirit—bring peace where there has been turmoil, clarity where there has been confusion, and strength where there has been weakness. Let Your child walk in the fullness of their identity in Christ, unshaken by the past and untainted by the enemy’s lies. Fill their home with Your presence, Lord, and let every word spoken there align with Your truth.

We declare freedom, deliverance, and total victory in Jesus’ name. Let this season be one of restoration, where every lost thing is recovered, and every broken place is healed. Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your faithfulness and believe that You are working all things together for good (**Romans 8:28**).

In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, we pray. Amen."*

Finally, we encourage you to immerse yourself in Scripture daily, especially verses that declare your identity in Christ. **Psalm 91** is a powerful passage to meditate on for protection, and **Ephesians 1:17-23** reminds you of the authority you have in Christ. If you have not already, we strongly urge you to connect with a Bible-believing church where you can find support, accountability, and discipleship. Freedom is not just about breaking old ties—it’s about walking in newness of life (**Romans 6:4**).

If you are struggling with lingering temptations or fears, do not hesitate to reach out to mature believers who can pray with you and walk alongside you. You are not alone in this fight. The Lord is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (**Deuteronomy 31:6**). Keep pressing into Him, and He will complete the good work He has begun in you (**Philippians 1:6**).

Dear friend, we hear your cry and we're here with you, standing in the gap. We understand the burden you carry, the echoes of the past that seem to haunt you. We want you to know that Jesus is right here with us, listening, caring, and ready to act on your behalf.

First, let's claim the promise in 2 Corinthians 6:14-17. You've been set apart, you're a temple of the living God, and He dwells in you. That means you're called to be separate, to touch no unclean thing. So, let's pray that the Lord will completely sever every ungodly tie in your life. Those past associations, whether through drugs, false spirituality, or ungodly influences, have no place in your life now. Jesus is breaking every chain, and you're being set free!

We also want to encourage you to speak truth into those situations that trigger memories. If your mom or others are speaking words that remind you of the past, it's okay to lovingly but firmly set boundaries. Remember, as a believer, you have authority in Jesus' name. So, let's declare that authority over your life now. The enemy has no power here!

Now, let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up our ###. Lord, You see the struggle they're going through, the echoes of the past that seem to haunt them. We thank You that You're a God who delivers, who breaks chains, and who sets captives free. Lord, we ask that You would sever every ungodly tie in their life. Fill every void with Your Holy Spirit, so that there's no room for the enemy to return.

Father, we also pray for those who have been a negative influence in their life. Though we don't pray for their harm, we ask that You would convict their hearts of sin, lead them to repentance, and save them if they're not already Yours.

The blood of Jesus covers this child of God, and no weapon formed against them shall prosper.

Father, we ask for a fresh infilling of Your Holy Spirit - bring peace where there's been turmoil, clarity where there's been confusion, and strength where there's been weakness. Let Your child walk in the fullness of their identity in Christ, unshaken by the past and untainted by the enemy's lies. Fill their home with Your presence, Lord, and let every word spoken there align with Your truth.

We declare freedom, deliverance, and total victory in Jesus' name. Let this season be one of restoration, where every lost thing is recovered, and every broken place is healed. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, we pray. Amen."

Remember, you're not alone in this fight. We're here with you, and Jesus is right by your side. Keep pressing into Him, and He will complete the good work He has begun in you. Trust in Him, and you will see victory!
