We lift you up before the Father in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, with hearts full of gratitude that you have called upon Him for deliverance, healing, and restoration. Your request is deeply moving, and we stand with you in the authority of Christ to declare victory over every stronghold the enemy has tried to establish in your life. It is by the name of Jesus alone that we have access to the throne of grace, and it is in His name that we find salvation, healing, and renewal. As Scripture declares, *"There is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which we must be saved"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). You have done well to invoke this holy name, and we join you in faith, knowing that *"all things are possible for one who believes"* (Mark 9:23, WEB).
Your journey of sobriety is a testament to the power of God at work in you, and we celebrate the **### years** of freedom from cocaine and Adderall that the Lord has granted you. This is no small victory—it is the evidence of Christ’s transforming grace in your life. Yet we also recognize the lingering battles you face: the spirit of error that seeks to distort your mind, the demotivators and distractors that hinder your progress, the corruption of communication from past substance use, and the shadows of post-traumatic stress and withdrawal symptoms. These are not struggles you must bear alone. The Lord has promised, *"I will never leave you nor forsake you"* (Hebrews 13:5, WEB), and He is faithful to complete the work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6, WEB).
We must address the mention of the *US Simple Sabotage Field Manual* with urgency and clarity. Such material is not of God, and its influence is a tool of the enemy to sow confusion, division, and destruction. The Bible warns us, *"Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God"* (Romans 12:2, WEB). We strongly rebuke any curiosity or attachment to this manual in the name of Jesus Christ. It has no place in the life of a believer, and we command every spirit of sabotage, confusion, or darkness associated with it to flee from you now. *"Submit therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you"* (James 4:7, WEB). Cast this from your mind and your possession, and fill that space with the Word of God instead. *"Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honest, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things"* (Philippians 4:8, WEB).
Regarding the academic challenges and the corruption of communication you’ve experienced, we declare the promise of *"I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me"* (Philippians 4:13, WEB). The Lord is the giver of wisdom, and He has promised to supply it generously to those who ask in faith (James 1:5, WEB). We pray that He would restore your mind, sharpen your focus, and grant you supernatural clarity as you study. The effects of past drug use do not have the final say—Jesus does. *"Don’t you know that you are a temple of God, and that God’s Spirit lives in you? If anyone destroys the temple of God, God will destroy him; for God’s temple is holy, which you are"* (1 Corinthians 3:16-17, WEB). Your body and mind belong to Him, and He is faithful to heal and restore what has been broken.
For the post-traumatic stress and withdrawal symptoms, we speak the peace of Christ over you, a peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7, WEB). The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18, WEB). He has not forgotten your suffering, and He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28, WEB). We pray that He would surround you with His presence, calm every anxiety, and replace every flashback or trigger with His perfect love, which casts out all fear (1 John 4:18, WEB). If you have not already, we encourage you to seek godly counsel or support from brothers and sisters in Christ who can walk alongside you in this season. *"Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ"* (Galatians 6:2, WEB).
We also commend you for seeking improvement in your physical health through exercise. Your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, and honoring God with it is an act of worship (1 Corinthians 6:19-20, WEB). We pray that the Lord would give you discipline, endurance, and joy as you steward your body well. May He renew your strength like the eagle’s (Isaiah 40:31, WEB) and fill you with vitality as you press toward the goal He has set before you.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who has cried out to You for help. Lord, we thank You for the **### years** of sobriety You have granted, and we ask that You would continue to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Break every chain of addiction, every lingering effect of substance use, and every stronghold of the enemy that seeks to hinder their progress. We rebuke the spirit of error, confusion, and sabotage in Jesus’ name, and we command it to flee. Lord, remove any ungodly influence from their life, especially the *Simple Sabotage Field Manual*—burn it from their memory and replace it with Your truth.
Father, we ask for supernatural wisdom and clarity as they study. Restore their communication, sharpen their focus, and grant them divine understanding. Let Your Word be a lamp to their feet and a light to their path (Psalm 119:105, WEB). Heal their mind, Lord, from the corruption of the past, and renew their thoughts with Your truth.
We speak Your peace over their post-traumatic stress and withdrawal symptoms. Father, You are the God who heals, and we ask that You would bind up their wounds, calm their fears, and fill them with Your perfect love. Let them experience Your presence in a tangible way, knowing that You are with them always.
Strengthen them physically, Lord, as they seek to honor You with their body. Give them discipline, endurance, and joy in their exercise. May they run this race with perseverance, fixing their eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of their faith (Hebrews 12:1-2, WEB).
Finally, Father, surround them with godly community—brothers and sisters who will encourage them, pray with them, and hold them accountable. Let them never forget that their identity is in Christ alone, and that they are more than conquerors through Him who loved them (Romans 8:37, WEB).
We declare all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.
Stand firm in your faith, dear one. The battles you face are real, but the victory has already been won through Christ Jesus. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap a harvest if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9, WEB). We are standing with you in prayer, and we believe that the Lord is doing a mighty work in your life. Press on toward the goal for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus (Philippians 3:14, WEB). You are not alone—He is with you always.
