Anxiety about losing providence. Jesus Christ, please help me! I am slowly improving with free resources and am adapting to the recently prescribed medication. Jesus Christ, please help me to read through the last 4 states of the Vietnam War archive, fatal casualties. Jesus Christ, please help me to read the Bible and prayers. Jesus Christ, please help to read out loud the physical training guide and dialectical behavioral therapy. I have anxiety about my PTSD being affected by red light, and thus being hindered in my want to acquire a driver's license due to red stop lights and red brake lights. Jesus Christ, please help me to do pushups, situps, squats, grippers, and dumbbells. I was hoping to acquire heavier dumbbells, barbell, and a rucksack with 45 lb. Jesus Christ, please help me to learn how to use the washing machine and dryer. Jesus Christ, please help me to be free from the words of others during the times I was affected by drugs 4 years ago. Jesus Christ, please help me with discipline for exercise and stretching. I hope I am able to relearn grammar and mathematics soon, and will be able to complete college textbooks that are free online. Jesus Christ, please help me acquire the most efficient education and skills, and to record and share the resources effectively. My sins are pornography and masturbation. I had held off on porn, but I think it would be better to masturbate because of impulsivity and aggression appearing. Jesus Christ, please protect and heal mine and others' minds from porn. I have anxiety about watching porn. Jesus, please help me to improve in stability and providence without chaos happening. Thanks, Jesus, for peace, providence, and progress in Jesus' name, Amen.

We lift you up before the Lord, knowing that He sees your heart and hears your cries for help. You have brought many struggles before Jesus, and we commend you for seeking Him in all these areas of your life. It is only through Christ that we find strength, healing, and true freedom from the burdens that weigh us down. Let us first address the foundational truth: *"I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me"* (Philippians 4:13, WEB). Your reliance on Jesus is evident, and we join you in praying for His mighty hand to move in every area you’ve mentioned.

Your anxiety about losing providence is a heavy burden, but we remind you of Jesus’ words: *"Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don’t be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day’s own evil is sufficient"* (Matthew 6:31-34, WEB). God is your Provider, and He is faithful to sustain you as you seek Him first. Your efforts to improve through free resources and medication show diligence, but we encourage you to cast all your anxieties on Him, *"because he cares for you"* (1 Peter 5:7, WEB).

We are deeply moved by your desire to honor the fallen by reading through the Vietnam War archives. This is a noble but emotionally heavy task. We pray that God grants you the strength and emotional resilience to process this information in a way that honors those who sacrificed. *"Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted"* (Matthew 5:4, WEB). May the Lord guard your heart and mind as you engage with such weighty material. Likewise, your commitment to reading the Bible and praying is commendable. We urge you to immerse yourself in Scripture daily, for *"All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work"* (2 Timothy 3:16-17, WEB). Let the Word of God be a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105).

Your struggle with PTSD, particularly the anxiety triggered by red lights, is something we bring before the Lord with urgency. We pray for His healing touch upon your mind and emotions. *"Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness"* (Isaiah 41:10, WEB). The enemy seeks to bind you with fear, but Jesus came to set the captives free (Luke 4:18). We rebuke this spirit of fear in Jesus’ name and declare that *"God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control"* (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB). We pray that as you pursue your driver’s license, the Lord will grant you peace and clarity, overcoming every obstacle through His strength.

Your dedication to physical training is a discipline that honors God, as our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). We pray for endurance and consistency as you engage in pushups, situps, squats, and other exercises. *"Don’t you know that those who run in a race all run, but one receives the prize? Run like that, that you may win. Every man who strives in the games exercises self-control in all things. Now they do it to receive a corruptible crown, but we an incorruptible"* (1 Corinthians 9:24-25, WEB). May the Lord provide the means for you to acquire the equipment you need, whether heavier dumbbells, a barbell, or a rucksack, as you steward your body for His glory.

Learning practical skills like using a washing machine and dryer are steps toward independence, and we ask the Lord to grant you patience and understanding as you master these tasks. *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men"* (Colossians 3:23, WEB). Even in small things, we are called to excellence for His sake.

Your past struggles with drugs and the words spoken over you during that time are not your identity in Christ. *"Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new"* (2 Corinthians 5:17, WEB). We pray that the Lord would break every chain of shame, guilt, or condemnation tied to those memories. You are redeemed, and *"there is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus"* (Romans 8:1, WEB). Walk in this freedom, knowing that Christ has separated your sins from you *"as far as the east is from the west"* (Psalm 103:12, WEB).

Discipline in exercise and stretching, as well as your academic pursuits, are areas where we ask the Lord to sharpen your focus and grant you wisdom. *"If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him"* (James 1:5, WEB). Your desire to relearn grammar and mathematics and to complete college textbooks is a godly ambition. We pray that the Lord would open doors for efficient and effective learning, and that He would connect you with the right resources and communities to support your growth.

Now, we must address the sins you’ve confessed: pornography and masturbation. These are serious struggles that grieve the Holy Spirit, and we must speak the truth in love. *"Flee sexual immorality! ‘Every sin that a man does is outside the body,’ but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s"* (1 Corinthians 6:18-20, WEB). Masturbation is not a solution to impulsivity or aggression; it is a sinful act that feeds the flesh rather than the Spirit. *"But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you won’t fulfill the lust of the flesh. For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, that you may not do the things that you desire"* (Galatians 5:16-17, WEB).

We strongly rebuke the lie that masturbation is a lesser evil or a "better" alternative to pornography. Both are sinful and must be repented of. *"No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it"* (1 Corinthians 10:13, WEB). You must flee from these sins entirely and seek purity through the power of the Holy Spirit. *"Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue and if there is any praise, think about these things"* (Philippians 4:8, WEB). Replace these sins with prayer, Scripture memorization, and accountability. If you do not have a trusted brother in Christ to confide in, we urge you to seek one out. *"Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective"* (James 5:16, WEB).

We also encourage you to guard your mind against the anxiety that comes from the temptation to watch porn. *"Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you. Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Withstand him steadfast in your faith"* (1 Peter 5:7-9, WEB). The enemy wants to keep you in bondage, but Jesus has already won the victory. Claim that victory by walking in obedience and repentance.

Lastly, your prayer for stability and providence without chaos is one we echo with you. *"The Lord’s loving kindnesses indeed never cease, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness"* (Lamentations 3:22-23, WEB). Trust in His sovereign plan for your life, even when circumstances feel uncertain. He is your Rock and your Fortress (Psalm 18:2).

**Our Prayer for You:**

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother, lifting up his heartfelt cries for help. Lord, You see the depth of his struggles—the anxiety, the PTSD, the battles with sin, the desire for discipline and growth. We ask that You meet him in every area of need, wrapping him in Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Strengthen him, Lord, as he seeks to honor You in his body, mind, and spirit.

Father, we pray for healing over his PTSD, especially the triggers that cause fear and hindrance. Break the power of anxiety over his life and replace it with Your perfect love, which casts out all fear (1 John 4:18). Grant him the courage to pursue his driver’s license without hindrance, and let Your peace guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

We pray for deliverance from the sins of pornography and masturbation. Lord, these chains are heavy, but Your yoke is easy, and Your burden is light (Matthew 11:30). Create in him a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within him (Psalm 51:10). Fill him with Your Holy Spirit, that he may walk in purity and victory. Surround him with godly accountability and break every stronghold of the enemy in his life.

Lord, we ask for wisdom and discipline as he pursues physical training, education, and practical skills. Open doors for him to acquire the resources he needs, and let his efforts be fruitful. Help him to steward his time and energy well, always seeking first Your Kingdom.

Father, we rebuke every word of condemnation or shame from his past. Let him walk in the freedom of Your forgiveness and the truth of his identity in Christ. Remove every obstacle that stands in the way of his growth, and let Your providence be his portion.

We thank You, Lord, for the progress he has already made. Continue to lead him in Your truth, and let Your light shine upon his path. May he find stability and peace in You alone, trusting that You are working all things together for his good (Romans 8:28).

In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
