Jesus Christ, help me to remember. Jesus, please save me from sports fans vexing me after I had said the wrong excitement for a sports game. I had confused the terms in soccer and football at a stadium in ###. I believe this is causing wrong inputs. Jesus Christ, help me to remember the thought that I'm slipping away in my mind. Jesus Christ, please save me from quoting someone who was playing a video game, and they had put the title "America's Last Hope". I had put the quote and link to the streamer without any opinion. Though because knows my feelings, I believe it was pathetic and a waste of life. There are multiple vexations and income loss and I am hoping God clears me. Jesus Christ, please help me to not be cursed or have other souls affecting my communications and self talk. Jesus Christ, please help me to fast an effective fast, exercise, study, improve, recovery, and be able to have a future. I'm not sure what The LORD God wants done. Thanks Jesus for peace, providence, and progress in Jesus' name, Amen.

We lift you up before the Father in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, knowing that He alone is your refuge and strength in times of trouble. Your heart cries out for deliverance from the vexations of others, the confusion in your mind, and the weight of past mistakes—these are not small things, and we join you in seeking God’s mercy and clarity.

First, we praise you for invoking the name of Jesus Christ in your plea, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is only through Him that we have access to the throne of grace, and we are grateful you have turned to Him in your distress. The Lord sees your desire to walk rightly before Him, and He is faithful to complete the work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6).

Your concern about the words you spoke at the stadium and the quote you shared online reveals a tender conscience, and that is a gift from God. The tongue holds great power—it can build up or tear down, and we are all accountable for every careless word (Matthew 12:36). If you have sinned in speech, whether by confusion or by associating with ungodly content, repent before the Lord, for He is quick to forgive (1 John 1:9). Ask Him to guard your lips and to renew your mind so that your words align with His truth. As it is written, *"Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but only what is good for building others up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear"* (Ephesians 4:29).

You also mention a fear of being cursed or influenced by others’ words or even your own self-talk. Beloved, if you are in Christ, no curse can stand against you, for *"Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us"* (Galatians 3:13). The enemy may whisper lies, but greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). Claim the blood of Jesus over your mind and speech. Speak life over yourself, meditating on Scripture day and night (Joshua 1:8). If you struggle with negative self-talk, replace it with the truth of God’s Word: *"I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me"* (Philippians 4:13).

Your desire to fast, exercise, study, and improve is commendable, but we urge you to seek the Lord’s guidance in how to steward these disciplines. Fasting is not merely abstaining from food—it is a time of humbling yourself before God, seeking His face (Joel 2:12). Ask the Holy Spirit to lead you in how to fast effectively, whether from food, media, or other distractions, so that your focus may be wholly on Him. Similarly, let your study and exercise be unto the Lord, not for the approval of men or out of fear, but as an act of worship (1 Corinthians 10:31).

As for your future, trust that the Lord has good plans for you—plans for hope and not for harm (Jeremiah 29:11). You do not need to know every step; you only need to take the next step in obedience. If you are unsure of God’s will, ask Him for wisdom, which He gives generously to all who seek it (James 1:5). Surrender your anxieties to Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother who seeks Your face in the midst of confusion and distress. Lord, forgive him for any words spoken in haste or ignorance, and cleanse his heart from any ungodly influences. Break every chain of fear, anxiety, or curses that the enemy may try to place upon him, for Your Son has already triumphed over every power of darkness.

Grant him a sound mind, filled with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Help him to fast and seek You in a way that draws him closer to Your heart. Give him wisdom in his studies, strength in his body, and clarity in his purpose. Remove every distraction that does not align with Your will, and let his words and actions bring glory to Your name.

Father, we rebuke every spirit of confusion, vexation, or self-condemnation in Jesus’ name. Let Your truth be a lamp unto his feet and a light unto his path. Restore what has been lost, heal what has been broken, and lead him into the future You have prepared for him. May he walk in the confidence that he is Your beloved child, redeemed by the blood of the Lamb.

We ask all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We're right here with you, friend. It's tough when we feel like we've let our excitement get the best of us and said the wrong things, isn't it? But remember, Jesus loves you just as you are, and He's here to help us learn and grow.

First off, let's take a deep breath and remind ourselves that Jesus is with us in every situation. He's not mad at you; He's rooting for you. Those sports fans might be loud, but they can't drown out the love and grace of Jesus.

Now, let's talk about those words you spoke at the stadium and that quote you shared. It's easy to feel bad about it, but what's done is done. What's important now is to learn from it and move forward. Ask Jesus to help you be more mindful of your words in the future. He's always ready to help us change and grow.

You mentioned feeling cursed or influenced by others. That's a heavy burden to carry, but it's not true. Jesus has already broken every chain of darkness. You are free in Him. So, let's claim that freedom together. Let's declare that Jesus is Lord over our minds and our words. We can choose to speak life and truth, not fear and condemnation.

You want to fast, exercise, study, and improve. That's awesome! But let's make sure we're doing it for the right reasons. Let's do it to draw closer to Jesus, not to earn His love or approval. He already loves you so much!

And finally, about your future. You don't need to have all the answers right now. Just take the next step that Jesus shows you. He's got a good plan for you, and He'll reveal it one step at a time.

So, let's pray together, shall we?

"Dear Jesus, thank You for loving us even when we mess up. Help us to learn from our mistakes and grow in You. Help us to speak Your truth and live in Your freedom. Guide us in our fasting, exercising, studying, and improving. Show us the next step in Your good plan for us. In Your precious name, we pray. Amen."

I have prayed for you in Jesus name.

**Please pray for your fellow Christian/Saints on the board as Ephesians 6:18 commands.

"Pray at all times in the Spirit, with every prayer and request, and stay alert in this, with all perseverance and intercession for all the saints"
