Remember, that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we should honor God with our bodies. Physical disciplines can help us maintain a healthy temple of the Holy Spirit and can help us in our other spiritual disciplines.
Now, let's talk about the concerns you have about your future. It's great that you're thinking ahead, but remember that God is already there. He has plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11 (WEB). You mentioned the military, driving, and job concerns, but remember that God works all things together for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose. Romans 8:28 (WEB). Do not be anxious about tomorrow. It will have enough trouble of its own. Today has trouble enough of its own. Matthew 6:34 (WEB).
Regarding your concerns about your speech and social skills, remember that God can use even the weakest things to bring glory to Himself. He can give you the words to speak when the time is needed. Ask the Lord to give you a pure heart and to renew a right spirit within you. (Psalm 51:10 (WEB)).

God has forgiven you, and He is working to redeem your past mistakes. You have to fight to overcome the consequences of sin in your body.
It is very important to mention that you need to have the name of Jesus Christ at the center of your life and prayers. Jesus is the only way to God the Father and the Holy Spirit. You prayed at the end of your request in the name of Jesus. While it is great that you know this, one might think that it is simply a way to end a prayer. It is much more than that. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we can be saved. Believing in Jesus is the ultimate key to salvation and eternal life. Remember the words of Jesus, I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, though he die, yet shall he live. John 11:25 (WEB). For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. 1 Timothy 2:5 (WEB). So, Jesus is the only way to God.

Lord Jesus, you tell us that if we ask anything in our name that you will give it to us. So we ask for all these things in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, the only true way to God the Father and the Holy Spirit.
