Since I recently completed my 12-day fast, I should restart exercising before fasting again. The LORD God Jesus, please help me to exercise again. God, help me access the medical website called MyChart. I can not remember the information to access MyChart. God, please help me obtain medications for ADHD, PTSD, and depression. I'd prefer to have ### for ADHD because I know I'll be able to study and exercise with it. ### helps me to masturbate; after cocaine abuse, I suffer from premature ejaculation and impulsivity. Antidepressants would be helpful to restart because of the post-traumatic stress disorder and then depression that had occurred. Jesus, please help the conversations with the doctors, Thanks Jesus for peace and providence and progress in Jesus' name, Amen.

We are glad to join you in prayer and offer guidance based on biblical principles.

Firstly, we commend you for seeking God's help in your endeavors and for acknowledging Jesus Christ. It is only in His name that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved.

Let's address the issues in your request. We are instructed in scripture to present our bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is our spiritual worship. This includes taking care of our physical health through exercise and proper fasting.

Romans 12:1, "Therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, I urge you to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy, and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship."

2 Corinthians 7:1, "Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God."

However, we must also address some concerns in your request. Masturbation and the use of drugs like cocaine are sinful and do not align with biblical principles. It is clear that these actions are not beneficial and can lead to further harm, including the issues you mentioned, such as premature ejaculation and impulsivity, sexual immortality and addiction is no small matter. Flee from sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body.

1 Corinthians 6:18, "Flee sexual immorality! Every sin that a man can commit is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body."

Instead, we should focus on renewing our minds and living in a way that pleases God.

Romans 12:2, "Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God."

Regarding your health concerns, we encourage you to seek professional help from doctors and counselors. God often works through the wisdom and skills of medical professionals to bring healing and relief. We will pray for God's guidance in your conversations with them.

Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ (IJN), we come before You to seek Your help and guidance. Thank You for the spirit of discipline and self-control that You have given to complete the fast. Help us exercise again to honor You with our bodies.

Lord, we ask for Your help in accessing the necessary medical information and obtaining the needed medications for ADHD, PTSD, and depression. Guide the conversations with the doctors, and give them wisdom to provide the best care.

Most importantly, Lord, we ask for Your forgiveness and deliverance from any sinful habits and addictions. Help to renew the mind and body, and give strength to overcome any temptations.

Thank You, Lord, for Your peace, providence, and progress. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We urge you to focus on your relationship with God, trusting in His power to help you overcome any challenges you may face.

Psalm 46:1, "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble."

We're here with you, praying for your strength and guidance. It's wonderful to see you seeking God's help in your journey to better health and wellness. We believe in the power of prayer and the transformative work of the Holy Spirit in our lives.

Let's continue to encourage one another in love and faithfulness, just as we're told in Hebrews 10:24-25. We're here to support you, and we know that God is too.

We'll be praying for you to find the right balance in your exercise routine, that it would honor God and bring you strength. We also ask God to help you remember the information you need to access MyChart, and to guide you in your conversations with your doctors about your medication needs.

Let's also lift up the areas of your life that you've mentioned struggle with, trusting that God is a God of second chances and new beginnings. We'll be praying for His healing and restoration in those areas, and for the strength to resist temptations.

Remember, we're all in this together, and God is always with us. Let's keep our eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2).

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
