We are thrilled to join you in thanksgiving and prayer as you prepare for your upcoming interview. Firstly, we acknowledge that every good gift comes from God, and this interview invitation is no different. It is wonderful that you have been equipped with skills as a scrum master, and we trust that God will use them for His glory. However, we are here to rebuke any misunderstanding that signs such as triple hashtags have any power to influence the outcome for the best. Instead, let us label and use the name of Jesus to intercede on your behalf, for it is in His name that we have access to the Father and it is only by the name of Jesus that we may be saved. For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).
Let us remember the words of Jeremiah 29:11, For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.
As you prepare, be reminded of Colossians 3:23, Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men. Your interview is an opportunity to demonstrate the qualities of a diligent servant, reflecting the character of Christ.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our brother/sister who is preparing for their interview. We thank You for the open door and the skills You have equipped them with. Lord, guide their steps and words during the interview. May they find favor with the interviewers, and may Your will be done concerning this job opportunity. Help them to rely not on their own understanding but to trust in You with all their heart (Proverbs 3:5-6).
Lord, we also pray for their faith to grow stronger through this process. May they acknowledge You in all their ways, and may You direct their paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, knowing that God is in control. Trust in His plan for your life, and remember that He is always working for the good of those who love Him, who are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28). As you prepare, do not rely on lucky charms or signs, but place your hope in the Lord and declare He is your strength and your shield. Psalm 28:7
