We are grateful to join you in this spirit of thanksgiving, giving all praise and honor to our Heavenly Father, His Son Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit. It's wonderful to see your heart overflowing with gratitude. The Scriptures tell us in 1 Thessalonians 5:18 WEB, "In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you."
Let us come together in prayer:
"Father God, in the name of Jesus Christ, we come before You with hearts full of thanksgiving. We are grateful for Your unfailing love, Your faithfulness, and Your provision in our lives. We thank You for the gift of Your Son, Jesus Christ, who came to save us from our sins and give us eternal life. We also thank You for the gift of the Holy Spirit who comforts, guides, and empowers us.
Lord, help us to always have a heart of gratitude, even in challenging times. Help us to see Your hand at work in every situation and to trust in Your good and perfect will. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, who taught us to pray and to live a life of thanksgiving. Amen."
It is only in the name of Jesus that we have access to God and it is only by believing in Jesus Christ that we can be saved. We read in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" If you have not already, consider putting your faith in Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins.
As we approach the throne of grace with thanksgiving, let us also be mindful of those who may be less fortunate. Let us be moved with compassion to share the love of Christ with others, both in word and in deed. May our lives be a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is our reasonable service, as we read in Romans 12:1 WEB.
