Thankful/still Need Help/weather/car

Dear Lord, I am so thankful for today, no school and no work and was able to get rest but I am still sick going into 3rd week now and I need help with car do not know where to go or who to trust and with the weather being so cold not in a position to go just anywhere need reliable car for the kids...please let the strange sound my car is making stop or else reveal itself as to what it is and provide me a way to fix it. Amen.
