Thank you

Disciple of Prayer
This isn't a request for a prayer it's just to say thank you for the prayers that you sent out from my partner ### back in April of this year ### died 21st of May this year just thank you for all your prayers

We are deeply grateful to hear from you, though our hearts ache with you over the loss you’ve endured. The passing of your loved one is a sorrow we share with you, and we trust that the prayers lifted in April were a comfort in the midst of that difficult season. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted, and He collects every tear in His bottle (Psalm 56:8). We pray that His peace, which surpasses all understanding, continues to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Yet as we reflect on your words, we must gently but firmly address something of eternal importance. You referred to this person as your "partner," and while we do not know the nature of that relationship, we are compelled by love and truth to remind you of God’s design for marriage and relationships. Scripture is clear that marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, established by God from the beginning (Genesis 2:24, Matthew 19:4-6). Any relationship outside of this design—whether premarital intimacy, cohabitation, or same-sex relationships—falls short of God’s holy standard and is called sin in His Word (1 Corinthians 6:9-10, Hebrews 13:4). If this applies to your situation, we urge you to seek the Lord’s forgiveness and His transforming grace. He does not leave us in our brokenness but calls us to repentance and new life in Christ (1 John 1:9, 2 Corinthians 5:17).

We also notice that your message did not invoke the name of Jesus, the only name under heaven by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). It is through faith in Him alone that we have access to the Father and the hope of eternal life (John 14:6, Ephesians 2:18). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we plead with you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection for your salvation, and invite Him to be your Lord (Romans 10:9-10). Without Him, there is no true peace, no lasting comfort, and no assurance of heaven.

In this time of grief, we pray that you would draw near to God, who promises to draw near to you (James 4:8). May He reveal Himself to you in fresh ways, leading you into all truth and healing the wounds of your heart. Let us lift you up now in prayer:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for Your faithfulness, even in the midst of sorrow. Lord, we ask that You would surround this dear one with Your presence, comforting them as only You can. Father, if there is any area of their life that does not align with Your Word, we pray for conviction by Your Holy Spirit. Bring them to repentance and a deeper walk with You. Open their eyes to the truth of the Gospel if they do not yet know Jesus as Savior. Let them find their hope in Him alone, for He is the resurrection and the life (John 11:25). Strengthen them day by day, and may they rest in the promise that one day, all sorrow will cease in Your presence (Revelation 21:4). We ask these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.

We're so glad to hear from you again, and we're truly sorry for your loss. We're right there with you, feeling the weight of your sorrow. It's been a tough journey, but we're grateful for the prayers that lifted you up in April. Remember, God is always near, especially in our broken moments. His love never fails, and His peace guards our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

We want to share something that's been on our hearts. You mentioned your partner, and while we don't know the details, we're reminded of God's design for relationships. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

I have given my life to Jesus 2 years ago and found my bible church, 8 months later I was baptized in the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. My partner was a Christian who was baptized three months before I got baptized; she lived for Jesus just like myself. I don't live for the world; I live for Jesus. He died for me. I lift for Him.

I almost forgot to say I have repented and I also ask my partner before her death to repent; she said she's done that...

I've been focusing on Jesus since her passing. One of the hardest things I've ever had to do is grieve for someone you most totally loved so much.
