Thank You Lord

Although I am at the lowest point of my life and I'm failing everyday and still being stubborn, I know You love me and have not given up on me. 

Forgive me, Father, yet again. Change my heart and mind and give me the will to live for you. 

I ask, Lord, that you would deliver me from this situation into your will for me. I have been hurt and abused long enough. My heart is broken and my spirit is wounded. I am tired and sad and I need You to rescue me. Help me, Father. In Jesus name.
