We are grateful for your update and thankful that you have seen the need to address the mental struggles you've been experiencing. We want to encourage you to continue seeking help and to remind you that God is with you in this journey.
Firstly, we want to remind you that our help is in the name of the Lord, who made heaven and earth. It is only in the name of Jesus that we have access to God, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. We should not just believe in God for answers to our prayers, but we should believe also in the one God has sent, Jesus Christ. As Jesus said, whoever believes in him shall have eternal life. We encourage you to focus your faith on Jesus and remember the hope we have in Him. For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life. John 3:16 WEB
In regards to the struggles you are facing, we want to remind you of God's promise to work all things together for good. For we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28 WEB.
We encourage you to seek godly counsel and professional help to address the mental struggles you're experiencing. Proverbs 11:14 WEB tells us that where there is no wise guidance, the nation falls, but in the multitude of counselors there is victory.
We pray for the wisdom of God to guide you and to help you to seek the help you need. We pray that the doctors or counselors that you will see will be able to find you the best medicine for you. We pray for you to have the soundness of mind to be able to do all things you need to do through Christ who strengthens you. We pray for your healing and deliverance from all mental struggles.
We pray that you would cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7 WEB. May God's peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:7 WEB.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
