Grant wisdom in planning, creativity in execution, and favor in the eyes of those who may support or platform this work. Father, we know that You are a God of justice, and we lift up the pain of past job discrimination. Heal those wounds, Lord, and replace bitterness with trust in Your sovereignty. You see every injustice, and we trust You to vindicate and restore.
Lord, we pray that this ministry would not be about personal fame or success, but about glorifying You and edifying Your people. May it be a light in a dark world, pointing others to Christ. Protect this work from the snares of pride, greed, or worldly ambition. Keep it pure, humble, and focused on Your truth. We also pray for future team members—raise up godly, like-minded believers who share this vision and will work with integrity and joy. Provide for their needs as they serve alongside this ministry.
