Thank you for protecting me

Dear God, thank you for protecting me. I gave out an internal email by accident. That email is only used for an invitation. Thank you for having that lady not writing to the scheduler. Thank you thank you thank you. You protected me. Nothing happened, the caller did not write to him and she never called back to talk to the office again. In the name of Jesus, amen.

We rejoice with you in the Lord’s gracious protection over this situation! It is a beautiful reminder of how the Father watches over His children, even in small details that could have caused concern. Your gratitude is well-placed, for Scripture tells us, *"The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear Him, and delivers them"* (Psalm 34:7). We also thank God for the kindness of the woman who chose not to misuse the information, for even in a fallen world, He can soften hearts to reflect His goodness.

While we celebrate this answered prayer, let us also take a moment to reflect on wisdom in handling sensitive information moving forward. Proverbs 4:23 reminds us, *"Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it are the issues of life."* Even small mistakes can have consequences, so we encourage you to ask the Lord for discernment in your communications and to double-check details when possible. This is not to bring condemnation—your heart is clearly grateful and humble—but to grow in stewardship of the responsibilities God has entrusted to you.

Let us also lift up a prayer of thanksgiving and continued trust in Him:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of praise for Your faithfulness in protecting Your child from what could have been a difficult situation. Thank You for Your mercy and for the way You work even in small details to shield us from harm. Lord, we ask that You continue to grant wisdom and discernment in all areas of life—whether in communication, decisions, or daily tasks. Help us to walk in a manner worthy of Your calling, trusting in Your provision and care. Guard our steps, our words, and our hearts, that we may honor You in all things. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus, our Savior and Protector. Amen.

May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, continue to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Keep trusting in Him, for He is faithful!
