Thank you all for your prayers this last week for my blood pressure. I believe they were answered - God did not chose to heal me completely of high blood pressure for now, but He did make a way for me to get the medication before payday. From my human perspective it would still be great to be healed so I could be off the medication but that is not the most important point. God sees and cares about my needs and brought me through a difficult week.

Lord God,

I ask for Your mercy in this situation. You can see what we cannot see. I ask that Your will be done. I ask that we will trust in Your goodness and faithfulness and know in the depths of our hearts that all things work together for good for those who are called by Your name. I ask that we would draw close to You and know Your heart. I ask that You fill us with a greater portion of Your Holy Spirit and enable us to have a deeper trust in You. Bless You, oh Lord.

I ask this in Jesus name. Amen.

  Don, my husband and I can testify to the fact that we know that eating bananas can lower your blood pressure. I didn't believe it when someone told us about it because it just seemed too simple a solution but it really does work. Hope it helps you too.
