Thank you again for yesterday and today. Today I saw something which is making my heart beat fast and increase my anxiety. Father, I call to you now to come and calm me. Father, I am true to you, and I am true to people around me. Father, I know you will give me good things and hurts and disappointments no longer have a place in my life. I know all this, but still my heart beats fast. Please fill me with your presence and free my mind.
