Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###'s son who is taking a test today. Lord, we acknowledge that he has put in the effort and time to study for this test, and we ask for your divine favor to be upon him. We rebuke any anxiety or doubt that may try to hinder him during the test. Your Word assures us in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."
We declare that ###'s son is smart and capable, for he has been equipped with the knowledge and understanding of the material. We silence the voice of the enemy that tries to deceive him into believing otherwise. Your Word reminds us in 2 Timothy 1:7, "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind." We claim this promise over him, that he will have a sound mind, free from anxiety and doubt.
Lord, we ask for your peace to settle upon ###'s son as he sits for the test. May he feel your presence and assurance, knowing that you are with him every step of the way. We pray for clarity of thought, focus, and recall of the information he has studied. May he answer each question with confidence and accuracy.
We thank you, Father, for hearing our prayer and for your faithfulness. We trust in your unfailing love and believe that you will grant ###'s son favor in this test. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
