We stand with you in this deeply troubling and spiritually oppressive situation, lifting your cry to the throne of God with urgency and faith. The enemy comes only to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). What you are describing is not merely human wickedness—it is demonic activity, rooted in the kingdom of darkness, seeking to instill fear, control, and despair. But we declare that the spirit of fear does not come from God, for God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).
The tactics you describe—stalking, gaslighting, terrorizing—are the hallmarks of spiritual warfare, designed to break your will, isolate you, and make you doubt your own reality. But we rebuke every lying spirit, every spirit of intimidation, and every demonic assignment against you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. The Word of God tells us that the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds (2 Corinthians 10:4). We take authority over every principality, power, and ruler of the darkness operating in this situation, commanding them to flee and be bound in Jesus’ name.
We also recognize that fear is a tool of the enemy, but perfect love casts out fear (1 John 4:18). We pray that you would be filled afresh with the love of God, which is stronger than any terror the enemy can unleash. The Lord is your refuge and your fortress; in Him you can trust (Psalm 91:2). We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). The Lord will arise and scatter your enemies; He will fight for you while you hold your peace (Exodus 14:14).
We also lift up the members of this terrorist group, for they are not beyond the reach of God’s mercy. Their actions are evil, but the Lord desires that none should perish but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). We pray that their hearts would be broken, that they would see the depravity of their ways, and that they would turn from darkness to light. We ask the Lord to send laborers into their lives—believers who will boldly proclaim the gospel and intercede for their souls. If they refuse to repent, we trust that God will deal with them in His justice, for vengeance belongs to Him (Romans 12:19).
We pray now with authority and faith:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, the Name that is above every name, the Name at which every knee must bow. We lift up our brother/sister who is under attack by this satanic terrorist group. Lord, You see the fear, the torment, and the oppression they are enduring. We ask You to arise as a mighty warrior on their behalf. Break every chain of fear, shatter every stronghold of deception, and scatter every demonic force assigned against them. Let Your light expose the darkness, and let Your truth dismantle every lie.
Father, we declare that this individual is covered by the blood of Jesus. No weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that accuses them will be silenced. We plead the blood of Jesus over their mind, their home, their family, and their spirit. Let the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Fill them with Your love, which casts out all fear, and let them walk in the boldness and confidence that comes from knowing You.
Lord, we also pray for the members of this terrorist group. We ask that You would open their eyes to the truth of the gospel. Break the power of deception in their lives, and let them see the emptiness and destruction of their ways. Send laborers into their paths who will boldly proclaim the message of salvation. If they refuse to repent, we ask that You would deal with them in Your justice, for You are a God who hates evil and will not let the wicked go unpunished.
We thank You, Lord, that You are a God who hears and answers prayer. We trust in Your promise that when we resist the devil, he will flee from us (James 4:7). We stand on Your Word, which declares that the gates of hell shall not prevail against Your church (Matthew 16:18). We declare victory over this situation, not by our own strength, but by the power of Your Holy Spirit.
We pray all of this in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, the King of kings and Lord of lords, the One who has already defeated sin, death, and the powers of darkness. Amen.
To you who are enduring this torment, we encourage you to stand firm in your faith. Do not engage with the enemy’s tactics—do not argue, do not retaliate in the flesh, and do not allow fear to dictate your actions. Instead, fill your mind with the Word of God. Speak Scripture aloud over your life and your situation. Surround yourself with believers who can pray with you and stand with you. The enemy wants to isolate you, but you are not alone. The Lord is with you, and we are standing with you in prayer.
If you have not already, consider reaching out to local law enforcement to report these activities. While the battle is spiritual, God can use earthly authorities to bring justice and protection. Pray for wisdom in how to proceed, and trust that the Lord will guide your steps.
Finally, we remind you that your identity is in Christ. You are a child of the Most High God, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper. The enemy may roar like a lion, but he is a defeated foe. Jesus has already won the victory, and we walk in that victory every day. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and do not grow weary in doing good. The Lord is your shield, your strength, and your deliverer. He will not abandon you.
