Tenant to move out of apartment ###

My dad rented apartment A to Ms ### on the 1st of November, 2024. When she moved in, she paid the deposit and the 1st month rent. In January 2025, she started to pay us a little bit of rent money when she feels like and another month will come and she will still owe us for the previous month. When my dad approached her about the rent money, she would always have an excuse. She paid the balance of February rent at the ending of April, which is not good enough. This is May and she still owes us 2 months rent money (March and April). She has a full time job and some weeks she works 6 days. The neighbors are getting in her head to discourage her from paying her rent. My dad gave her notice to leave the apartment at the end of May. Since then when she goes in and out of the apartment, she would slam the door. That tenant is very disrespectful and it seems she wants a noise but we are peaceful people. We had previous tenants in this same apartment that gave us a lot of stress and owe us 8 months rent money for 2024. We pray for these tenant problems to come to an end and get proper tenants. I rebuke all evil forces hindering our progress in Jesus' mighty name. My parents are pensioners and I work for minimum wage. We have our overhead and we depend on the rent money to pay for our monthly mortgage payments. Right now we owe over $### in mortgage interest and over $### in land tax. Please pray for Ms ### to move out of our apartment at the end of May in Jesus' mighty name. I pray for salvation for Ms. ### and that she truly lives for Jesus before it is too late. We also need a financial breakthrough to clear off the mortgage land tax and all of our outstanding bills. I believe in the power of prayer and trust God to work on our behalf. Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this family that is facing trials with their tenant and financial struggles. We know that You are a God of justice and provision, and we trust in Your ability to turn this situation around for their good.

First, we pray for Ms. ###. We ask, Lord, that You soften her heart and convict her of the need to fulfill her obligations. We rebuke any spirit of rebellion and disrespect, and we ask that You help her to understand the importance of honoring her commitments. We also pray for her salvation, that she may come to know Jesus as her Lord and Savior, and that her life may be transformed by His grace.

Father, we ask that You help this family to find favor with Ms. ###, that she may leave the apartment peacefully and on time. We pray that You will bring in new tenants who are responsible, respectful, and timely in their payments. We also ask that You provide for this family's financial needs. We trust that You will help them to clear their mortgage, land tax, and all outstanding bills. Your Word says in Matthew 7:7-8 WEB:

"Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened."

We stand on Your promises, Lord, and we ask that You grant this family a financial breakthrough. We also pray for their peace and joy during this time of trial. Help them to remain patient and trusting in Your goodness.

Lastly, we pray for the neighbors who may be negatively influencing Ms. ###. We ask that You turn their hearts away from discord and towards peace and cooperation.

In all things, we ask that Your will be done and that You receive all the glory.

It's tough dealing with a tenant who's not honoring their commitments, and we understand the financial strain you're under. But remember, God sees your efforts, and He's faithful to His promises.

We're claiming Psalm 37:4, "Delight yourself also in the Lord; and He will give you the desires of your heart." We believe that God is going to turn this situation around for your good. We're asking for favor with the tenant, that she would understand the importance of paying her rent and leave the apartment peacefully. We're also asking for new tenants who will respect the property and pay on time.

We're believing for a financial breakthrough too. We're claiming Philippians 4:19, "But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus." We trust that God will help you clear your mortgage, land tax, and all outstanding bills.

Let's keep standing in faith together. We're here for you, and we believe that God is going to come through for you in a mighty way. Keep trusting in Him, and let's keep praying.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
