Is it pornography and masturbation that you are troubled with? I can give you a key that opens door out of it but you have to use it. I cant cant do it for you.
They key: Old testament teaches us how to battle with evil forces. In old testament the cities and countries that israel fights symbolizes the evil forces. When people of israel enter to promised land they dont kill all the people there. They allow some to stay alive. But those who stay alive keep serving they're gods and as a result whole israel falls into serving false gods. So in spiritual means it is that when you dont remove sin completely it'll infect you again. So you can look at people whom israel didnt kill as a sin in ourselves that was not fully dealt with. And the whole point of these battle is to illustrate that we are to remove all sin from ourselves.
Steps:
Confess all your sins to God and promise Him not to go back.
Block as much content as you can. Use ABP to block all ads

If you use -banned site-, block people who post bad content - some photographers think its fun to post nude content, block them. You can hide the sponsored posts on fb if you click that down arrow on top of post.
Actively fight against thoughts. All the sins come out of thoughts. You must fight against little sins. Watcing just one image on -banned site- for few seconds or just touching once yourself from sensitive part for a moment can seem like small sin but it can lead you into sin of consuming pornography and masturbation. You think it's nothing but it is actually gateway to second death.

Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Devil does not flee from you just because. It must be your decision to submit to God.

To him who loves us and has freed us from our sins by his blood,

Keep watch over yourselves and all the flock of which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers. Be shepherds of the church of God,[a] which he bought with his own blood.
So when the temptation comes you can tell satan that he has no longer right over you because you are purchased with the blood of Jesus.
1 john 4:4
Little children, you are from God and have overcome them, for he who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.
Quote this red part to satan every time when temptation comes.
1 cor 6:19
Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own;
Your body does not belong to you. It belongs to Him that purchased you with His blood. Tell this to yourself/satan when thoughts come.
Rom 5:13
Do not offer any part of yourself to sin as an instrument of wickedness, but rather offer yourselves to God as those who have been brought from death to life; and offer every part of yourself to him as an instrument of righteousness.
Again even if you want to you are not allowed to do whatever you like with your body. It's Lord's. You are just a manager of His property, you are not owner of it.
Ef 6 tells us to put on the whole armor of God. But you are still quite easy target if you dont use the sword of spirit. This means you must use the word of God. Your strong will will not do it, your own words will not do it, your own righteousness will not do it, you need to use the Word that God has given you. You must command your thoughts to leave immediately. Otherwise you will fall.
Additional steps:
Listen worship/praise music daily. Pray daily. Read the bible daily. For me personally worship music is what gives immunity to such thoughts. If I dont listen worship just for 1 day I already feel that my immunity is gone. The idea is not just listen but listen and think of God. Think of the words in worship songs. Don just listen. And prayer. For me every time evil thoughts come to my mind I just start praying. If nothing else comes in your mind read the Lord's prayer.
Important: Put your trust in God (1) and give Him glory(2). It is not how much you do on your part. It does not matter how good and long your prayers are. It does not matter how much you read the bible. What matters is what God does.
(1) Tell God that you are aware that you are not able to help yourself but you trust Jesus because of what He has promised to you.
(2) Thank God always. Did you manage to live a day with out consuming pornography? Thank him for that. It is not because you are so strong. It is because of his grace.
Talk to God always. Are you going to school/work? Tell that to God and ask him to protect and keep you. Are you waking up? Tell Him that you are coming out of your bed now and ask him to keep you during the day. Are you going to bed? Tell him "God, I am going to sleep, please do not let satan to send me bad dreams".
You can find some DNA group what would hold you responsible. The point is that you dont want to admit them that you fell into sin again. So you have motivation to stay away of it. The DNA group is basically group of 2 or 3 people with whom you trust each other, you meet every week and you tell them all your sins. So next week you meet they will as you have you've been doing in this area. Such responsibility can heal it quite effectively but not with out God.
Important:
If you have been free of it for a while, don't get proud of it. After all it's not your effort but God's grace. If you get proud and say "I have done this to myself; because of my great will I am no free" you do the same sin that satan did and just as satan was cast out of Heaven you will be too.
