The weight you feel is not unseen by the Lord, for He cares deeply for you and longs to exchange your heaviness for His peace. As it is written in **Matthew 11:28-30 (WEB)**, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."*
Your prayer is a beautiful acknowledgment of your dependence on God, and we rejoice that you have brought this before Him in the name of Jesus. Will you choose today to release every ounce of this burden into His care, trusting that He is faithful to sustain you?

Beloved, God’s promises are *yes* and *amen* (2 Corinthians 1:20). He does not waver, and His word does not return void. If you have asked in faith, then receive His peace *now* by faith, even before you see the breakthrough. **Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB)** assures us, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. Heavenly Father, we lift up Your child before You, who is carrying a load too heavy for their own strength. Lord, You have promised to be near to the brokenhearted and to save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We ask that You would remove every ounce of this burden that is not from You and replace it with Your perfect peace. Where there is anxiety, fill them with Your presence. Where there is sorrow, flood them with Your joy. Where there is weakness, strengthen them by Your might.
Father, we rebuke every lie of the enemy that would whisper doubt or fear into their heart. Your word says that You will *never* leave nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5), and we declare that truth over them now. Let them *feel* the reality of Your nearness today. Open their eyes to see the blessings You have already placed around them, even in the small things. Grant them a breakthrough—not just for relief, but so that Your glory may be displayed in their life.
Lord, if there is any area where they have not fully surrendered this burden to You, convict them gently and lead them to release it completely. Teach them to cast their cares on You daily, moment by moment, trusting that You are more than able to carry what they cannot.
We thank You, Father, that today *will* be a good day because You are in it. You are making all things new, and we trust You to turn their mourning into dancing (Psalm 30:11). May they walk in the strength of Your Spirit, with a heart overflowing with gratitude, knowing that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28).

Start by thanking God for what He *has* already done—even if it’s just the breath in your lungs or the fact that He hears you.
