Surgery & Weight Loss

I need a little over $1300 to have an important surgery done that will cause me to feel better and not be in pain all the time. Also, I need to lose 80pds and I do not have the additional finances to afford going to a gym, and to purchase the proper food I need to eat to assist me in weight loss. I am between a rock & hard place in both situations and I need God's divine direction concerning this. I also need money that is owed to me by exspouse to be paid in full & this would also help me with my surgery and weigh loss goal.
