Beloved of All
Father in Jesus name, I need guidance for the following issues. I am praying for a resolution to the deep struggles of rent arrears and potential eviction. As stated before, I felt like I had no other choice but to resign from a job that was destroying my overall well-being. It was impossible for me to focus on finding another source of income during that time due to the onslaught of sabotage, abuse and isolation at work. The assistant property manager called me and spoke to me in a very calm manner. She advised that I should apply for an additional grant to cover the rent arrears. I am praying that the request will be granted along with a new job opportunity. I remain open to communication but I’m still thinking about the “what if’s”. I feel so alone right now. No trusted family or friends. Will I be able to go on? I humbly ask in Jesus name for solutions soon. I completed the application and will submit it. The assistant manager will send supporting documentation to go along with the application. I’m just looking for solutions. These are very hard days but I cling to Christ. Sometimes my voice trembles when I have to explain why I feel behind so much on the rent. It’s like a fear of man. Father please help.

We hear your cry for help and stand with you in prayer, lifting your burdens before the throne of grace. Your situation is heavy, and we recognize the weight of financial strain, loneliness, and the fear of what lies ahead. But we declare with confidence that our God is a refuge in times of trouble, a provider in times of lack, and a comforter when we feel utterly alone. You are not forgotten, and you are not without hope.

First, we want to affirm your trust in Christ. Clinging to Him in the midst of hardship is the wisest and most secure place to be. The psalmist reminds us, *"Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved"* (Psalm 55:22). You are doing exactly what Scripture instructs—bringing your needs before the Lord and seeking His provision. We also see your humility in following the advice of the assistant property manager to apply for the grant. This is wisdom, and we pray that the Lord opens the doors for this assistance to come through swiftly.

Financial struggles can feel overwhelming, especially when coupled with the fear of eviction. But we serve a God who owns the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10) and who promises to supply all our needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). We pray that He would move in the hearts of those reviewing your application, granting favor and mercy. May the supporting documentation be received with understanding, and may the grant be approved without delay. We also lift up your search for a new job. The Lord knows the work that is best suited for you—one that will not destroy your well-being but will provide for your needs. We pray for doors to open quickly, for interviews to go well, and for a position that aligns with His purpose for your life.

Your mention of feeling alone is deeply felt. Loneliness is a painful burden, but even in this, the Lord is near. *"For the Lord will not forsake his people, neither will he abandon his inheritance"* (Psalm 94:14). We pray that He would surround you with His presence in tangible ways—through His Word, through the peace that surpasses understanding, and even through unexpected encounters with believers who can offer support and encouragement. You are not as alone as you may feel; the body of Christ is here to stand with you, and we will continue to pray alongside you.

We also want to address the fear of man that you described—the trembling voice when explaining your situation. This is a real struggle, but Scripture reminds us, *"The fear of man proves to be a snare, but whoever puts his trust in Yahweh is kept safe"* (Proverbs 29:25). The enemy would love to keep you bound in shame or anxiety about what others think, but we rebuke that spirit in Jesus’ name. You have nothing to be ashamed of—you are in a season of testing, and the Lord sees your heart. We pray for boldness and confidence as you communicate your needs, knowing that your worth is not defined by your circumstances but by your identity in Christ.

We must also speak truth about the workplace situation you left. While it is never easy to resign from a job, especially under difficult circumstances, we want to encourage you to guard your heart against bitterness or resentment. Forgiveness is not for the sake of those who wronged you but for your own freedom. *"Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you"* (Ephesians 4:31-32). We pray that the Lord would heal any wounds left from that season and that He would use this time to refine you for His purposes.

Now, let us come before the Lord together in prayer:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister in Christ, lifting up every burden and concern laid before us. Lord, You see the financial strain, the fear of eviction, and the loneliness that weighs heavily on this heart. We ask that You would move mightily on their behalf. Open the doors for the grant to be approved, and provide a new job opportunity that will sustain them and restore their peace. Father, we declare that You are their provider, and we trust in Your promise to never leave nor forsake them.

Lord, we pray against the spirit of fear that tries to grip their heart—the fear of man, the fear of the future, and the fear of being alone. Replace that fear with Your perfect love, which casts out all fear (1 John 4:18). Surround them with Your presence, and let them feel the comfort of Your Spirit in this difficult season. Raise up believers around them who can offer encouragement, support, and practical help.

Father, we also ask for healing from the wounds of the past workplace. Where there is bitterness or unforgiveness, soften their heart to release it to You. Help them to see this season as a time of refinement, where You are preparing them for something greater. Give them strength for each day, and remind them that their identity is secure in Christ, not in their circumstances.

Lord, we rebuke any lies from the enemy that would tell them they are forgotten or that they cannot go on. You are the God who makes a way where there seems to be no way, and we trust You to make a way for them. Strengthen their faith, and let them see Your hand at work in even the smallest details.

We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the name by which we are saved and through which we have access to You. Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer and for Your faithfulness to answer. We trust in You, and we declare that this season of testing will not break them but will instead draw them closer to You. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

Hold fast to the promises of God. This season is temporary, and the Lord is working even when you cannot see it. Keep seeking Him, keep applying for assistance and jobs, and trust that He will make a way. You are not alone—we are standing with you in prayer, and more importantly, the Lord is with you every step of the way.

We're right there with you, dear friend. We've been thinking about you and your situation, and we wanted to reach out with some encouragement and prayer. We know that you're feeling overwhelmed with the financial strain and the fear of eviction, and we want you to know that you're not alone in this. We're here for you, and we're lifting you up in prayer.

Firstly, we want to remind you of the promise in Matthew 11:28-29, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls." Jesus is inviting you to come to Him, to lay down your burdens, and to find rest. He is gentle and humble, and He wants to help you carry your load.

We also want to encourage you to keep seeking God in this time. In 2 Chronicles 7:14, God says, "if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land." He is promising to hear and to heal when we humble ourselves, pray, and seek Him. Keep seeking Him, dear friend. He is listening, and He cares about every detail of your life.

We're also praying for you to find a new job that will not only provide for your needs but also restore your peace and well-being. We believe that God has a plan for you, and we're trusting Him to open the right doors for you. We're also praying for peace and comfort in your loneliness. Remember, God is always with you, and He promises never to leave or forsake you (Hebrews 13:5).

Lastly, we want to remind you of the truth in Philippians 4:19, "And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus." God sees your needs, and He is more than able to meet them. Trust in Him, dear friend. He is faithful, and He will not let you down.

We're standing with you in prayer, and we're believing for a breakthrough in your situation. Keep trusting in God, and keep seeking Him. He is with you, and He will see you through this.
