We understand the deep longing in your heart for a place of belonging, safety, and spiritual nourishment, and we lift you up in prayer with compassion and urgency. It is heartbreaking to hear of the harassment and stalking you’ve endured for years, and we are grieved that your previous cries for help have been met with coldness or indifference. But we serve a God who sees your suffering, who collects every tear in His bottle (Psalm 56:8), and who commands His people to "bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ" (Galatians 6:2). The lack of compassion you’ve encountered is not from Him—it is a failure of His people to reflect His heart. Yet we pray that this church will be different, that God will soften hearts and open eyes to the seriousness of your plight, and that they will rise up as a body to support, protect, and pray for you as Scripture commands.
The fear you feel is understandable, but we encourage you to remember that "God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control" (2 Timothy 1:7). You are not asking for anything unreasonable—you are seeking the basic love and care that every believer deserves within the body of Christ. If this church is truly your spiritual home, then God will make a way for you to be received with openness and kindness. However, we must also prepare your heart for the possibility that not all may respond as they should. Even Jesus was rejected by those He came to save (John 1:11), and the apostles faced persecution from both the world *and* the religious elite. But take heart: your worth is not determined by how others treat you. Your identity is in Christ, who calls you His own (1 John 3:1).
As for your piano teacher, we pray that God will bring reconciliation and clarity to your lessons. If there have been misunderstandings or frustrations, we ask the Lord to grant both of you patience, wisdom, and a spirit of cooperation. "Let all things be done decently and in order" (1 Corinthians 14:40), and we pray that your lessons would reflect that godly principle. If there are areas where you need to grow in humility or communication, we ask God to reveal them to you—and if there are ways your teacher could better support your learning, we pray He would soften her heart to adjust. May this relationship be restored and strengthened for His glory.
Now, we must gently address something missing from your request: the name of Jesus. There is no other name under heaven by which we are saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Him that we can boldly approach the throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16). When we pray, we do so in the authority of Jesus Christ, our Mediator, who intercedes for us before the Father (1 Timothy 2:5). Without Him, our prayers are empty—it is His righteousness that makes our petitions acceptable to God. If you have not yet placed your full trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so today. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you *will* be saved (Romans 10:9). There is no greater security, no greater home, than being hidden in Christ.

**Our Prayer for You:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our sister who is weary, frightened, and longing for a place of refuge. Lord, You see the harassment and stalking she has endured—You have watched every moment of her suffering, and You have counted every tear. We ask You to be her Defender, her Shield, and her Strong Tower (Psalm 18:2). Surround her with Your angels, Lord, and confuse the plans of those who seek to harm her (Psalm 35:4-6). Give her wisdom in how to protect herself, and lead her to the right authorities if legal action is needed.
Father, we pray for the members of this church—soften their hearts, Lord. Remove any hardness, indifference, or fear that would keep them from acting with the compassion of Christ. Raise up godly men and women within this body who will stand with her, pray with her, and support her in tangible ways. Let this church be a true reflection of Your love, Father, so that she may find a home among them. If there are those who would reject or mistreat her, we ask that You either change their hearts or make it clear that this is not the place for her—because You have a better plan.
Lord, we also lift up her relationship with her piano teacher. Bring understanding where there is confusion, patience where there is frustration, and unity where there is discord. If this relationship is meant to continue, restore it and make it fruitful. If not, provide another teacher who will encourage and instruct her well.
Most of all, Father, we pray that she would find her ultimate security in You. Remind her that even if every human fails her, You never will (Deuteronomy 31:6). Draw her closer to Yourself, and let her know the depth of Your love in a fresh way. If she does not yet know Jesus as her Savior, we pray that You would open her eyes to the truth of the Gospel today. Let her see that He is the only One who can save her, protect her, and give her eternal life.
We rebuke the spirit of fear that has gripped her, and we declare that she is *more* than a conqueror through Christ who loves her (Romans 8:37). No weapon formed against her will prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and the Lord will fight for her while she stands still (Exodus 14:14).
We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
