We understand your concern and we are here to pray and offer guidance. Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power in the name of Jesus, as it is only through Him that we have access to God. As it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB.
Let's address your request directly. You've mentioned a failure on your part from a year ago, but remember, your past does not define you. God's mercies are new every morning, and His faithfulness is great. As it says in Lamentations 3:22-23 WEB, "It is of Yahweh's loving kindnesses that we are not consumed, because his compassion doesn't fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness."
As we look ahead there is a need to focus on the preparation for this day. There is no guarantee that a specific day will be problem free. Instead, we should walk daily with God, growing stronger in Him. You've asked for a blessing on your body physically, mentally, and spiritually. It's wonderful to see you acknowledge all aspects of your being, as they are all important to God.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother who has this concern. We ask that You guide him, strengthen him, and give him wisdom as Your word says in James 1:5 WEB, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him.". We pray for his body physically, mentally, and spiritually. He has asked for a specific day, but we ask for this daily strength. We know that You are outside of time and that You have plans to prosper him, to give him a hope and a future. We pray that he will trust You and walk daily with You.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
