Dear God,

I am sorry that I was not able to go to Church today. please forgive me. I will offer this coming week for all my prayers. I pray for your guidance Lord. Help me to conquer every trials that will be coming this week. I also pray for my loved ones, especially my ###. I pray that you give each of them a long and a healthy life.

I ask this in Jesus' name, Amen
