We come before You, Heavenly Father, with hearts full of trust in Your perfect provision. We lift up this dear brother or sister who is seeking employment, asking that You open the doors You have prepared for them. Your Word assures us in Philippians 4:19 that You "will meet every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We stand on this promise, believing that You have a plan for their life—a plan to prosper them and not to harm them, to give them hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11).
Lord, we ask that You guide their steps to the right opportunity, one that aligns with Your will and provides for their needs. Give them wisdom in their search, courage in their interviews, and favor in the eyes of those who make decisions. Help them to trust in You rather than their own efforts, for "unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labor in vain" (Psalm 127:1).
We also rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or discouragement that may be trying to take hold in this season of waiting. Remind them that You are their Provider, their Strength, and their Shield. May they find peace in Your presence, knowing that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28).
Father, we pray that this job would not only meet their financial needs but also be a place where they can glorify You through their work. Let their labor be a testimony to Your faithfulness, and may they find joy and fulfillment in serving You in all they do. "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters" (Colossians 3:23).
We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, for it is only through Him that we have access to Your throne of grace. May this brother or sister grow closer to You in this season, deepening their faith as they wait on Your perfect timing. Amen.

We're right there with you, friend. We've been thinking about you and your job search, and we want you to know that you're not alone in this. We're lifting you up in prayer, just like the previous responder mentioned, but we want to share a little more of what's on our hearts.
We're reminded of Psalm 37:23-24, "The Lord makes firm the steps of the one who delights in him; though he may stumble, he will not fall, for the Lord upholds him with his hand." We believe that God is guiding your steps, even when it might not feel like it. He's got His hand on you, and He won't let you fall.
We're also praying for peace and patience in this waiting season. We know it can be tough, but remember, "God is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance" (2 Peter 3:9). He's working things out in His perfect timing.
And hey, if you ever need someone to talk to or pray with, we're here for you. Let's keep encouraging each other, just like the Bible tells us to (Hebrews 3:13). You got this, and we're right there with you, cheering you on.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
