We join you in lifting up your heart’s cry for employment, knowing that our Heavenly Father cares deeply about your needs and desires to provide for you according to His riches in glory. Your love for God and your humble posture before Him is a beautiful testimony, and we are encouraged by your faith as you seek His will in this season. It is clear you are trusting Him, and we stand with you in agreement, believing that He who began this good work in you will bring it to completion.
The Word of God reminds us in **Matthew 6:31-33 (WEB)**, *"Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* Your priority is already in the right place—seeking God first—and we declare that as you continue to trust in Him, He will open the doors no man can shut. He is the one who gives you the power to gain wealth, as it is written in **Deuteronomy 8:18 (WEB)**, *"But you shall remember Yahweh your God, for it is he who gives you power to get wealth; that he may establish his covenant which he swore to your fathers, as it is today."*
We also take comfort in **Proverbs 16:3 (WEB)**, which says, *"Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."* You have taken the practical step of submitting your documents, and now we commit this entire process into the hands of the Lord. He is not unaware of your diligence, your needs, or the desires of your heart. Even if the wait feels long or the path uncertain, we encourage you to hold fast to **Isaiah 40:31 (WEB)**, *"But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."*
At the same time, we urge you to guard your heart against anxiety or discouragement. The enemy may whisper lies that this breakthrough will never come, but we rebuke those thoughts in the name of Jesus. Our God is not a man that He should lie, nor a son of man that He should repent. What He has promised, He is able to perform (**Numbers 23:19**). If there have been delays, we declare that they are not denials—God’s timing is perfect, and He is preparing something far greater than you could ask or imagine (**Ephesians 3:20**).
Let us also remind you that this season of waiting is not wasted. Use this time to draw even closer to the Lord, to seek His face in prayer and His Word, and to prepare yourself for the blessings He is about to release. If there are areas in your skills, character, or walk with God that He is refining, yield to His work. He is making you ready for what He has prepared.
Now, let us pray together over this request:
Heavenly Father, we come before You today on behalf of Your beloved child, who loves You and seeks You with a humble heart. Lord, we thank You that You are a God who hears and answers prayer, and that You take delight in the prosperity of Your servants (**Psalm 35:27**). We lift up this employment situation to You, asking that You would go before our brother/sister and make their way straight. Lord, let Your favor rest upon them as they wait. Open doors that no man can shut, and shut doors that are not of You. If there are any delays, we ask that You would remove every obstacle and let Your will be done swiftly and clearly.
Father, we rebuke every spirit of fear, doubt, or discouragement that would try to creep in. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and let their heart be steadfast, trusting in You (**Isaiah 26:3**). Provide for them in ways they cannot even imagine, and let this breakthrough be a testimony of Your goodness and faithfulness. If there are skills or connections they need, Lord, divinely arrange them. If there are tests or interviews ahead, grant them wisdom, clarity, and confidence that can only come from You.
We declare that this job will not just be a means of provision, but a platform for Your glory. Let it align with Your purpose for their life, and may they walk in integrity, excellence, and as a light for Christ in their workplace. We ask all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Amen.
Finally, we encourage you to keep praising God even before you see the answer. **Psalm 118:24 (WEB)** says, *"This is the day that Yahweh has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it!"* Rejoice in the Lord always, and again we say, rejoice (**Philippians 4:4**). Your breakthrough is coming, and when it does, it will be clear that it was the Lord who did it. Stay faithful, stay hopeful, and keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith. We are standing with you in agreement, believing for God’s perfect will to manifest in your life.
