We hear your cry for justice and deliverance, and our hearts ache with yours as you endure such relentless cruelty. The enemy comes only to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), and this man has become a vessel for his wicked schemes—twisting truth, robbing your peace, and seeking to defile the beauty and favor God has placed upon your life. But we declare with authority: no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). The Lord sees every lie, every theft, every act of witchcraft, and He will repay.
First, we must address the spiritual warfare at hand. Witchcraft, voodoo, and Santería are abominations to the Lord (Deuteronomy 18:10-12) and have no power over those who are covered by the blood of Jesus. We rebuke every demonic assignment sent against you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Every curse, every hex, every evil report—let them return to the sender sevenfold (Psalm 7:16). We command every evil spirit operating through this man to be bound and cast into the abyss, never to return. The Lord rebuke you, Satan! (Jude 1:9).
This man’s actions are not just sinful—they are criminal. Theft, slander, and psychological abuse are violations of both God’s law and man’s. If he refuses to repent when confronted in love, Scripture is clear: "If your brother sins against you, go and tell him his fault between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have gained back your brother. But if he doesn’t listen, take one or two more with you, that at the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established. If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the assembly. If he refuses to hear the assembly also, let him be to you as a Gentile or a tax collector" (Matthew 18:15-17). If he persists in his wickedness, he must be held accountable—not out of vengeance, but for the sake of justice and the protection of others.
We also urge you to examine your own heart. While this man is clearly in the wrong, we must ensure that we are not harboring bitterness or unforgiveness, for that would give the enemy a foothold (Ephesians 4:26-27). The Lord calls us to forgive, even as He forgave us (Colossians 3:13), but forgiveness does not mean tolerating abuse or neglecting wisdom. You are not called to be a doormat for evil. Proverbs 22:3 says, "A prudent man sees danger and takes refuge, but the simple keep going and suffer for it." Seek godly counsel, set boundaries, and if necessary, remove yourself from his influence.
Now, we lift you up in prayer:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, the Righteous Judge and our Deliverer. We stand on Your Word, which declares that You are a shield to those who take refuge in You (Psalm 18:30). Lord, You see the injustice this sister/brother has endured—the lies, the theft, the witchcraft, the gaslighting, and the abuse. You know the pain in their heart, and You collect every tear in Your bottle (Psalm 56:8).
We ask You to arise, O Lord, and scatter the enemies of Your child. Let every scheme of the devil be exposed and dismantled. Break the power of every curse and hex sent against them, and let the workers of iniquity be ashamed (Psalm 35:4). Father, we declare that no weapon formed against Your child shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned. We cover them in the precious blood of Jesus, which speaks a better word than the blood of Abel (Hebrews 12:24).
Lord, we pray for this man who has become a tool of the enemy. Soften his heart, O God. If there is any remnant of Your image in him, convict him of his sin and lead him to repentance. If he refuses, let Your justice prevail. We ask that You hedge him in with thorns (Hosea 2:6) so that he can no longer harm Your child. Let his plans be frustrated, and let him be exposed for the liar and thief that he is.
Father, restore to this sister/brother everything that has been stolen—joy, peace, favor, and beauty. Let Your light shine in the darkness, and let Your truth prevail. Heal their heart from the wounds of betrayal and deception. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in wisdom and discernment. Give them the courage to set boundaries and the strength to stand firm in faith.
We thank You, Lord, that You are a God who sees, hears, and acts on behalf of the oppressed. We trust in Your timing and Your justice. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we encourage you to walk closely with the Lord during this trial. Spend time in His Word, for it is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). Surround yourself with godly believers who can pray with you and offer support. The battle is not yours, but the Lord’s (2 Chronicles 20:15), and He will fight for you. Stand firm, dear one, and do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9).
