We are truly sorry to hear about the trials you are facing, but we are here to intercede and lift you up in prayer. We thank you for submitting a request that acknowledges Jesus Christ as this is how we have access to God. First things first, remember that God is faithful, and He will not let you be tempted beyond what you are able to bear. With every temptation, He will also provide a way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister in need. Lord, You know the struggles they are facing—the leak in their bathroom ceiling, the financial strain, and the health problems. We ask, Father, that You would be their strength and shield in these trying times.
Lord, we pray for a resolution to the housing issue. We ask that the super would address the problem thoroughly and permanently, remembering the promise from Haggai 28-9 WEB: 'The silver is mine, and the gold is mine,' says Yahweh of Armies. 'The latter glory of this house will be greater than the former,' says Yahweh of Armies; 'and in this place will I give peace,' says Yahweh of Armies."
We also pray for financial provision and breakthrough. Father, we ask that You would open the windows of heaven and pour out a blessing that our brother/sister would not have room enough to receive it, according to Your promise in Malachi 3:10 WEB. Guide them to be good stewards of their finances, and help them to trust in You, remembering your promise to supply all our needs according to your riches in glory Philippians 4:19 WEB.
Lastly, Lord, we pray for healing and restoration of health. We stand on Your word in 1 Peter 2:24 WEB who his own self bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness; by whose stripes you were healed. We declare Your power to reverse any sickness and disease.
Lord, we thank You that You are faithful, and You will not suffer your people to be tempted above that which they are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that they may be able to bear it 1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
In the midst of these trials, take heart, dear brother/sister. God is at work in your life. Continue to trust in Him, and remember that He will never leave you nor forsake you. As you face these challenges, hold onto the promise that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.
