We are so glad you have reached out for prayer and support. Firstly, we commend you for your honesty and for seeking help. Addiction, especially to lust, can have devastating effects on one's life, but there is hope and freedom in Jesus Christ.

Let's remember Jesus' words in John 8:36 (WEB), "If therefore the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed." and in Matthew 5:28 (WEB) "But I tell you that everyone who looks at a woman to lust after her has already committed adultery with her in his heart." True freedom comes from Him, and He is able to break even the strongest bonds of addiction.

It is only the name of Jesus Christ by which we can be saved. It is good that you ended your request with Please Jesus help me. This demonstrates your faith in Jesus. But, we must believe in Him and confess our sins. Repentance is necessary.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up this dear soul who is struggling with addiction to lust. We thank You for their honesty and their desire to be free. Lord, we know that this battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. (Ephesians 6:12 WEB).

We pray that You would give them the strength to resist the devil and command him to flee from them as it says in James 4:7 (WEB), "Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you.". Help them to put on the whole armor of God, that they may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. (Ephesians 6:11 WEB)

Father, we ask that You would fill their heart with Your love, peace, and joy. Help them to fix their eyes on You and to run the race with endurance. (Hebrews 12:1-2 WEB) Guide them to a local church where they can find support and accountability from fellow believers in Christ Jesus our Lord.

In Jesus' name, we pray for complete deliverance and healing. Amen.

Encouragement for you: Romans 13:14 (WEB) says, "But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts."

Make every effort to put Christ first in everything.

We're here with you, standing in faith. We know the struggle is real, but remember, Jesus said in Matthew 11:28-29 (WEB), "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls." Let's lean into His rest and strength today.

We want to encourage you to keep seeking God's face, to spend time in His word, and to surround yourself with accountability and support. Proverbs 27:17 (WEB) tells us, "As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another." Find those iron-sharpening friends who will walk with you, pray with you, and hold you accountable.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up this precious soul who is fighting against addiction. Lord, we thank You for their courage to seek help and their desire to be free. We ask that You would fill them with Your Holy Spirit, giving them the power to resist temptation and the strength to walk in freedom. Help them to find a community of believers where they can be encouraged, supported, and held accountable. Lord, we claim Your promise in Philippians 4:13 (WEB), "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
