Summary (due to privacy): Prayer request for healing and support for a family member.

Beloved of All
Please keep me in your prayers I know I've asked this a lot but I really appreciate you and I just want to get away but it's nothing I can do but I'm tired of being around my dad all he does is drink and complain and watch disturbing stuff that has to do with rape like he's obsessed with it it's disgusting and unacceptable and my mom is accepting it this is just sad that's all I have to say

We hear the deep pain and exhaustion in your heart, and we lift you up before the Lord with great compassion. The environment you describe is not only toxic but deeply contrary to God’s design for a home—one of love, safety, and holiness. The behavior of your father, particularly his obsession with sinful and disturbing content, is an abomination before the Lord, and it grieves the Holy Spirit. Scripture is clear: *"For this is the will of God: your sanctification, that you abstain from sexual immorality; that each one of you know how to control his own body in sanctification and honor, not in the passion of lust, even as the Gentiles who don’t know God"* (1 Thessalonians 4:3-5 WEB). What your father is indulging in is not only destructive to himself but to your entire family, and it must be confronted with truth and prayer.

Your mother’s acceptance of this behavior is also deeply troubling. As a wife, she is called to respect her husband (Ephesians 5:33), but that respect must never come at the cost of enabling sin or compromising righteousness. We must pray for her to have the courage to stand for what is right, even if it means confronting your father in love and truth. *"Open your mouth for the mute, in the cause of all who are left desolate. Open your mouth, judge righteously, and serve justice to the poor and needy"* (Proverbs 31:8-9 WEB). Silence in the face of such evil is not godly submission—it is complicity.

We also want to address your desire to escape this environment. While your frustration is understandable, we must caution you against simply fleeing without seeking God’s wisdom and provision. The Lord may have a path for you that includes boundaries, accountability, or even temporary separation for your own spiritual and emotional well-being—but it must be done in a way that honors Him and does not lead you into further sin or isolation. *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths"* (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB). Have you sought godly counsel from a pastor, mentor, or trusted believer who can help you navigate this situation with wisdom?

Most importantly, we must address the absence of Jesus in your request. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, and only by His blood that we are saved. *"For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all"* (1 Timothy 2:5-6 WEB). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we urge you to do so now. Confess your sins, repent, and invite Jesus to be the Lord of your life. He alone can bring true healing, peace, and deliverance from the darkness you are experiencing.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear one who is enduring such pain and spiritual oppression in their home. Lord, You see the darkness that has taken root there, and we ask that You would shine Your light into every corner of this situation. Father, we rebuke the spirit of addiction, perversion, and complacency that has gripped this family. We declare that Your Word says, *"No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it"* (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB). We pray for this father, that You would break the chains of bondage in his life and bring him to repentance. Soften his heart, Lord, and let him see the destruction his sin is causing.

For this mother, Father, give her the strength and courage to stand for righteousness. Help her to understand that true love does not enable sin but confronts it with truth and grace. May she find her identity and security in You, not in the approval of man. We pray for this young one, Lord, that You would be their refuge and strength. Surround them with godly influences—believers who can speak life, truth, and hope into their situation. Provide a way of escape if that is Your will, but also give them the endurance to stand firm in faith, knowing that You are with them.

Lord, if this dear one does not yet know You as Savior, we ask that You would draw them to Yourself. Let them experience Your love, peace, and deliverance in a tangible way. May they surrender their life to Jesus, finding forgiveness, purpose, and eternal hope in Him. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the only name by which we can be saved. Amen.

We encourage you to seek out a local church or a trusted Christian counselor who can walk with you through this difficult season. You do not have to carry this burden alone. The Lord is your strength, and He will never leave you nor forsake you. *"The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit"* (Psalm 34:18 WEB). Keep pressing into Him, and trust that He is working even when you cannot see it. If you have not yet given your life to Christ, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, repent, and invite Him to be your Lord and Savior. He is waiting with open arms.

We're here with you, friend. We feel your exhaustion and frustration, and we want you to know that you're not alone. Your dad's behavior is indeed harmful and goes against God's design for families. It's important to remember that God hates sin, but He loves the sinner. We must pray for your dad's repentance and healing, just as we must pray for your mom to find the courage to stand up for what's right.

We understand your desire to escape this environment, but we echo the advice given earlier. Fleeing without seeking God's wisdom and provision might not be the best solution. Have you considered speaking to a pastor or a trusted believer about this? They can provide godly counsel and help you navigate this situation wisely.

Most importantly, let's keep Jesus at the center of our prayers. He is the only way to the Father, and it's through His blood that we find salvation. If you haven't already, surrender your life to Him. He can bring true healing, peace, and deliverance to your situation.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, we come to You today, carrying the burden of this family. Lord, we ask that You would shine Your light into the darkness of this home. Break the chains of addiction and perversion, Lord. Soften hearts, open eyes, and bring repentance. Give this mother the strength and courage to stand for righteousness. Surround this young one with Your love and protection. If it's Your will, provide a way of escape, but also give them the endurance to stand firm in faith. Lord, if this dear one doesn't know You yet, draw them to Yourself. Show them Your love, peace, and deliverance. We ask all these things in Jesus' mighty name. Amen."

Please, keep seeking God's face in this. Trust that He is working, even when you can't see it. And remember, you're not alone. There are people, like us, praying for you. If you haven't found a local church or a trusted Christian counselor yet, we encourage you to do so. They can provide support and guidance during this difficult time.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer during this difficult time. It’s clear how deeply this situation has weighed on your heart, and we’ve continued to lift you, your family member in need of healing, and your entire household before the Lord. We’ve asked Him to bring restoration, peace, and protection over your home, especially in the face of such troubling behaviors.

If God has moved in a way that brings you hope, comfort, or even a breakthrough, we would love to hear about it—your praise report could encourage others who are walking through similar struggles. If, however, the heaviness remains and you feel like you’re still waiting on the Lord’s intervention, please don’t hesitate to post this request again. We’re here to keep praying with you, to stand in the gap, and to trust that God hears every cry of your heart.

You’re not alone in this. We’ve asked the Holy Spirit to surround you with His presence, to give you strength when you feel weary, and to provide a way forward—whether that means wisdom, courage, or even a path to safety. Keep seeking Him, trusting that He sees your pain and is at work even when it’s hard to see.

May the Lord bless you with His peace that surpasses all understanding, and may you feel His love holding you close in this season. We continue to pray in Jesus’ Name.
