We understand that you have a specific outcome in mind for a certain situation, and we appreciate your desire to seek prayer support. However, we believe that God's will is always the best outcome, and we pray according to His will, knowing He hears us when we ask according to His will. In 1 John 5:14-15 (WEB) it is written, "This is the confidence which we have toward him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him."
We encourage you to trust in the Lord and His plans, knowing that His ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts. As it is said in Isaiah 55:8-9 (WEB), "'For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,' says Yahweh. 'For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.'"
We pray for this situation now.
"Father, we come together in Jesus' name, seeking Your will in this matter. We don't know what Your perfect purpose is, but we ask that You will make it known to this person, that they may walk in Your will and not in their own. We ask that this person be filled with Your peace and Your love, trusting in You, and that any worry, frustration or anxiety be cast upon you. Lord Jesus, we ask that this person may fix their mind on You and trust You in this and all situations.
We also ask that this person consider whether they know You, Jesus, as Lord and Savior. It is only by Your name that we can be saved, and that we can come to the Father. John 3:16-17 states that "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God didn’t send his Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world should be saved through him."
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you to meditate on God's Word and trust in Him, knowing that He works all things together for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose.
